Really disappointed tonight at this particular location. One star because the service, food, & management was very poorly in action tonight 3/25/17. The only positive experience was being seated by the friendly host. Tonight my Husband & I just ordered the Buffalo wings. When we first sat down it took about 5 mins to be greeted, fine I understand no biggie. But what was really upsetting is the dried out & burnt buffalo wings. I have been craving these for so long! Islands is one of my favorite places for wings. Still is but just NOT THIS location. It took about 20 mins for our wings to arrive; we tell our server that they were not appetizing at all, clearly burnt, dry, and hardly any sauce on them. So she stands at our table about to take the wings back. But then she noticed her manager near by and started calling for him... I assume to tell him of the issue. Needless to say, he never even came over to our table and just avoided eye contact the rest of our visit. I wasnt even mad. So it took another 20 mins for them to come out, we literally almost left at this point because the wings came out the exact same way! But we were staving. Burnt, skimpy, dry Buffalo wings were NOT worth the $13.19 we spent. Server wasnt sincere or tentative. Management hid. Cooks couldnt fry then toss some wings in sauce. Horrible. Definitely WONT be returning to this location.

Im guessing .... but I know im within 10 of how many meals we have had at Islands. Our scores, 10 being best, in order: 1. Energy and friendliness of the Islands Team 10 2. Taste of the food 10 3. The burgers and service are awesome. Our waiter went beyond our expectations and was super nice. The choice of bun, whole wheat or white or a salad wrap helps meet the tastes of most everyone. The burgers are also delicious and worth the price. They are almost to five stars... improve the bottom of the bun as it falls apart, make their mac and cheese, offer medium-rare burgers and have more seating for larger groups and they will be there. This is a corporate thing.

My Favorite place ever!~ Everyone is super friendly/nice good value and everything prepared safe!! Everything is made from scratch, and its a very clean place. Its important to go to places where the employees eat as well. The longboarder is my favorite burger; but I cant choose; theyre all good!

I love the atmosphere coupled with the great food, whether is be tacos, salad or burgers. One thing I like in particular is that they give you the option of a white or wheat bun for your burger, which to me is pretty rare and a great option. Their Kona Pie dessert is also killer!

I only come during winter because it is when Im in the desert but the bar staff is GLORIOUS! Seriously the most friendly people Ive met working a (normally) crowded restaurant bar. Talk to them From Anything from real life and movies haha Billie and Partron are the faves <33333

Typically, this Islands location has great customer service. The servers check in on you multiple times, and are extremely accomodating. Food here is good, especially their burgers. However, the food can sometimes come out lukewarm.

Sometimes I eat bagels and I think to myself "Why are they called bagels?" And then I forget what I was doing and catch my foot and trip and break my foot on the fall to the bottom of the stairs. Lifes weird that way
