HORRIBLE!!!! New ownership? Is there a button for negative stars? Hubby ordered steak and all you can eat shrimp. He was never asked if he wanted more shrimp and the steak was so rubbery, it was even hard to cut. I ordered an entree and a house salad. When I got to the table, they had given me the salad bar plate. Since I would not be able to eat the entree and salad bar, I asked the server if she could put it on a to go container. She said she would bring me the plate and I could then put it in the to go container. We never got our teas refilled until we were almost ready to go. Servers were in t-shirts. The to go box for my entree was the SMALL styrofoam container, only the baked potato fit, I had to squish the chicken so it would fit, no room for sour cream nor butter. So disappointing. I use to love Sizzlers. On a positive note, salad bar was good.

At the end of a long day, I want to eat a healthy meal before going to bed. Sizzler is my go to place. Salad bar, steak and shrimp. Why spend $10 at the local fast food, when I can have steak and shrimp for $11! My sweetheart loves their salmon (smaller portions) with the salad bar, and I mostly have steak for extra nutrients. My favorite for dessert, is their gummy bears and the fresh fruit! Their customer service has really improved over the last six months! Woohoo!

I went in with son and just ordered sale bar and drinks for both of us, $33. Thats insane. Also service at this location was bad, never received a refill, and never received cheese bread. For price and service it was horrible. Makes you wonder with all competition out there you would think Sizzler would step up on there game a little.

Its Sizzlers you go for the bread really. The dirty dishes was my only problem. The salad plate I was given had food stuck on it. Asked for another soup bowl and there was food stuck on it. Then when I went to get ice cream... AGAIN some food residue on the bowls had to go three bowls down to get to an actual clean bowl.

Once you get passed the menu area (because what is that smell. I mean man Ive been here several times and that smell is always there! Its really bad! Thats why I say once you get passed the menu area!) The food is good for the price I guess thats why I deal with the smell and keep coming back. Good job...............

Just horrible. To be honest for the $70 i spent it was horrible food. The fettuccini sauce was horrid, fruit tasted old, and attitudes sucks. Never again. A step up from McDonalds. Not a compliment. Wish I could give it negative starts.

i ordered a chicken Brest that was breaded and not only was is not fresh it tasted like they deep fried it in the same grease that they deep fry their fish in (and i dont like fish) was happy with service just not food quality

Sizzlers is ok their steaks are very tough to chew on and flavor isnt the best either, Even for the premium ones. I always order them medium. But its a staple here in Indio. Been here over 29 years. Over all its not a bad eat.

This is the best Sizzler that I have ever eaten at. The food is good, exactly what you would expect from Sizzler, but the real star of this place is the incredible service. Truly, I am impressed every time I am here.

I had a dinner plate of shrimp scampi and pasta with a sauce that unfortunately was loaded with salt, all evening after the meal I needed lots of ice water, the service was xlnt. Fred Martin

Food was OK but we were overcharged and it was quite a hassle to get it corrected. Never received a void ticket for the first charge...We may have been charged twice. Not a good experience.

Up until three years ago before changing ownership it was fine afterwards nothing but bad experiences. watered down soups,6 and 8 ounce steaks look like a 2 ounce steak, i can go on and on.

Went to eat on Thursday and had to return plates still dirty.If they serve plates dirty how clean is the cooking area . Sorry I liked going to sizzler but no more .
