It says online for our location in town that they are open until 9:30 but I came to a store with no lights on and so I pulled around to the drive thru and there was a pickup in front of me. After he ordered I pulled up and someone greeted me and told me the specials and after I ordered I got no response. Someone came out the back door and as they were taking out the trash told me they are closed. The sign right below the speaker said they were open until 9:30. I pulled around to go inside and the pickup that was in front of me was also parked there. I got out and he told me they blatantly lied to him and told him they ran out of chicken so he asked for mashed potatoes and mac and cheese and they said they were out of that as well. They lied to One customer and they ignore me. The doors are locked but as we sat there talking outside, they kept peeking through the window and looking very guilty. Im pretty sure they close early so that they could get done with the cleanup and go home sooner

Unfortunately this is the closest store to my home. We live about 30 minutes away. I order a family meal. I wanted all extra crispy. You told me, "I can only give you half crispy and half original". I get 3 sides of mash potatoes, and when I get home, I have one side of gravy to some how cover 3 orders of potatoes. Yall forgot my biscuits. Which I had to turn around and go back and get. I guess I should of taken everything out of my bag and checked to make sure you guys did your job. Or maybe, you could of just done your job right to begin with. Not impressed with this store or the service.

Bought a 20 piece meal and paid. They handed me the bag and I asked for barbeque sauce. She gave me two small packets. I said I would need more sice we have souch chicken. She told me I could only get Moe if they charged me. Really. I spent 40 bucks on chicken and cant get barbeque sauce with it. Just dumb. Based on their current reviews I think the owner and GM might want to meet and discuss what a disaster their business is right now. Im guessing they dont have a clue and or dont care.

Worst KFC ever! My husband and I have had the WORST service experiences. Employees cuss, have bad attitudes, when we ordered some chicken, the employee told us they would NOT make any more chicken and said they would only give us what they had left, store wasnt closing for another 45 mins. This has happened 3 times, we will NOT ever go back. Employee cook got mad at my husband when he ordered a box dinner, starting cussing and throwing things. Would not suggest coming here.

What the heck???? Yalin needs to be fired, she is Terriable at the driv thru window, she lied to me and charged me extra. She gave me .30 cents back in Change when I paid in card. She messes up every time I order through drive thru and she always says things are out of stock???? I ask one time if I could get corn and she said they were out of stock and then I asked again and they said they had some??? She is not fit to work at KFC. Im sorry but this is terrible service.

This is the worse kfc ever..First of all the store is filthy. The employees are rude and do much if nothing but goof around..They were pinching each other with the tongs they serve food wuth..We ordered buffet therecwas no chicken no mac and vheese no mashed potatoes and no biscuits. I asked gi r a manager and he was rude to me abd didnt even care nor did he ket me finish talkibg..worst experience ever.....

We also live about 30 miles away. We met family here for a late lunch in the mid-afternoon. We got the buffet. The store seemed clean including the restrooms. All of the tables were clean, there was no trash lying around. The woman behind the counter was friendly enough. She wasnt great, but she was okay. We enjoyed the food, our only complaint was the gravy was too thin.

It was not pleasant. The cook looks like he just walked in off the street. Baggy pants long hair falling out of his hat. Employees may standing around. No chicken in the buffet and the 3 of us got the buffet. Missing spoons on the buffet table. No personality no smile no customer service of any kind. Like it is killing them to be here. Really unsatisfactory all around.

Fast service. Good food. Great strawberry lemonade. We have frequently been shorted on purchases. They have swapped thighs for breast pieces at least twice. Perhaps not intentionally if work flow processes do not separate thighs from breasts well and or employees not well trained.

After a long day, stopped in to pickup supper to take home. Simple order...got the sides I ordered wrong! Of course Im 30 miles away when I discovered that. Seriously? Do we all have to unbag our takeout and check to see if its right? Youre gonna need a lot more counter space!!!

Walked in for the buffet. No chicken ready. Food looked old. All the employees had poor customer service especially the cashier. While my wife and I were eating we heard the front cashier yelling an swearing and walked out the restaurant. Never seen that where I lived.

We have to drive 40 miles just to get to this kfc. Everytime we go in there they have no extra crispy chicken. A 40 minute wait to get fried chicken is ridiculous. The managment/owner needs to have their franchise pulled. Service at this establishment is abhorrent.

You order and they only give you not even half of what you order and you call them and they tell you that they will send you coupon for the chicken you already pay I hope the owner know about this and do something about it is a waist of money and time spent

Customer service here are so bad. I called in to place an order for 30 hot wings at 8:20 and their close hour @ 9:30 and they say they cant do it cause that will pass their close hour and wouldnt let me place an order. Really???

The building was so hot and outside was 82 degrees. They could of had the sir conditioning on. You shouldnt have to be wiping sweat while you eat!!
