We went to Souper Salad yesterday, and we were enjoying our dinner when a loud female manager stopped our waitress, and asked her "Whos table is that?" (referring to a table nearby). The waitress nicely replied that she didnt know, and the manager then began to yell at her, TWICE berating her, "IS that your table or NOT?!", and twice the waitress answered "No, that is not my table". The manager then stormed off in search of someone else to scream at. I like this place, and I have never seen this woman there before so perhaps she is new, but her actions were disrespectful to the waitress AND the customers. It took my opinion of this establishment down a big notch.

I cant tell you how impressed I am with Lubbocks Super Salad! As soon as I walked in, Jamie was welcoming and warm. The facility was so clean and the food fresh and tasty! My server Telecia was the best, hard worker and caring person with a smile on hand! I highly recommend this family friendly and positive community business to anyone looking for a great meal and place to fellowship with friends and family! Be blessed!

Very clean. Extremely fresh salads. More variety than I was expecting. Six stars out of five for the waitstaff and buffet servers. The reason for three stars: my family doesnt fit into the American Christian cookie cutter mold and the preachy music made my son and me feel extremely uncomfortable. If our "alternative lifestyle" had been visibly obvious, I dont know that we wouldve been treated as courteously.

Clean and neat with the freshest salad goodies in town. The soups are to die for, just pick one any of the 6 offered is a tongue treat. Tacos, spaghetti, baked potatos, sweet potatos, Strawberry shortcake, and ice cream its all good and all you can eat to boot! All of that combined with good service and very reasonable prices make it a great place to eat.

We moved recently from Colorado springs to Plainview and ate here, the salad bar was good, but soups were terrible, dried looking, and the vegetable beef soup tasted awful. Not enough fruit. Im a cook and know that the vegetable beef soup is not made this way. Please use another recipe. We may try one more time and zed if we give more stars

Totally disappointed. This use to be the best place in town to get fast buffet. Salad was ok. Lettuce had more head and end pieces than leaf. Pizza cold and burnt. Soup burnt and no taste. Tried the pasta and had to spit it in my napkin it was so bad. Place has really gone down. $23 for 2 and both have to now go get supper.

Excellent and tasty variety of fresh vegetables, soup, and bread. The chocolate pudding was real chocolate not brown pudding. The whipped cream is real whipped cream. Suggestion; for dessert, put some ice cream in a bowl and put strawberries over it and mix it up to make strawberry ice cream.

Who would dock stars for playing Christian music? I honestly couldnt even hear the words to any if the songs. Food is good, service is good. I dont recall being Spanish Inquisitioned as to my religious beliefs. Keep up the good work guys, better lighting to the bathroom, please.

Id previously never been to a buffet that was predominantly salad, but I was presently surprised. For three adults and three kids it was $50 during the Sunday post-church rush but that was decent considering I alone had a huge salad, breadsticks w/ soup, pizza and a dessert.

We were disappointed this time. This is usually our favorite place to eat, but this time there were large chunks of lettuce core in the salad, the sweet potatoes were overcooked and tasteless, and the ice cream wss ultra,soft serve, almost soup. They can do better.

This used to be a very nice place to go for a lite bite. Im not sure if its that Im getting the B-team when I go there, but each time there it is a very poor selection of bottom of the barrel entrées with waitstaff that wouldnt give you water to put out a fire.

The service was good, but the food was not. What wasnt bland was bland and oversalted. The broccoli cheddar soup was very thin as well. Its the single worst dining experience Ive ever had in my 43 years of living in the Lubbock area.

I agree with the reviews that state they have very rude customer service. Love the food but they might need to get the staff to smile and be courteous to customers or they will probably continue to loose all of us regulars.

My first time. Not your typical salad/soup bar. Everything fresh, clean, & right temperature. Good selection & some out-of-the-ordinary choices. Salad, soup, tacos, potatoes, flatbread pizza, desert. Nice healthy experience.

A huge variety of really fresh great tasting food. Much more than just soups and salad...the ice cream is great too! Very friendly staff, very clean restaurant. We eat here often and it is consistently great!

I used to be a regular here. They took eggs off their already lacking salad bar. Staff was rude and soups looked disgusting. Never coming here again, they lost a regular customer.

The salad bar has many menu options. The staff are quite attentive to your needs. The warm food is okay, but the salad bar is really the spot light.
