The service here is absolutely horrible. My wife had some egg rolls that were still raw on the inside. Then I returned to the table she told me about the egg rolls I quickly took over the selection I had made and found that most of their fried products have been Cold decided that we did not want to eat hear after all so we got up and left i let my wifw get the refund only to find out the lady wanted to say she had to pay for tge egg rolls shr opened up my wife then getting upset said no i need to speak to manager the lady left to go get them she then returned no manager now saying that i had to pay for the 3 pieces of shush still on my plat bc the are served cold anyway. Very loud no my wife asje for a manager now the lady informed her ther was no manager in the store my wife then returned with then who the hell did u just go talk to and she left we will never return

Me and my friend went and eat at Lin’s Buffet wasnt good at all everything dry and tasteless but when we finish we thought we would enjoy a bowl of ice cream. Well when we sat down and about to dig in we realized that one of the pecans in my vanilla ice cream had legs. So here’s a picture to help warn others. Also the manager offered us a coupon to come back. Who would want to go back after that. When I left my stomach was turning. My thing is that we sat there for 5 minutes and waited for our refund and in the time period of us pointing it out to them they didnt even try to at least get that container of ice cream out the freezer or put a note saying closed or anything. They obviously dont care and need a health inspector to go threw there and shut them down.

This place has a serious food-borne illness issue. They need to be heavily inspected because based on these previous reviews and my experience, something needs to be done. Ate there earlier today and I am currently experiencing symptoms of food poisoning at a severe level. I knew this was going to happen when I swallowed a piece of chicken that was greenish/yellowish on the inside. Went there around 1:30, food wasnt close to hot, and you can easily tell that they recycle their food from the previous day. Will never return and I highly advise that you be cautious when eating here.

This is the among the worst places to eat in Lubbock . I mean everything in Lubbock almost sucks but places like this make the town boring . The food gets cold the moment you get it to the table , the service is poor and those guys are rude and just after your money . The place has potential to be better but i feel like the management is doing a poor job . They dont have vegetables most of the time and when they do, they are really bad . The prices are super high for that kind of bad food . I would not recommend this place to anyone at all .Take your money and go elsewhere .

Love this place. Great food for the price. Fresh shrimp and crawfish, 10-12 different types of chicken, good steak and sushi and the best rice and egg rolls ive ever had. Ive read some of the reviews on here and some of you people need to get over yourself. If you want "real sushi" or "real steak" go pay $30 at a steak and sushi bar. With the amount of food people waste at Lins, im surprised they dont have to raise their prices. Clean tables and great service. Ive lived in four cities in Texas, at at over 20 Chinese restaurants and Lins is definitely the best ive had.

I wish I could rate it less than one star! The salmon tastes and smelled like a wet mop, the chow mein had a smokey burned taste, the broccoli tasted like it was cooked yesterday and so was the chicken, and dont get me started with the sushi! It was all around bad! We got there as soon as it opened. We were practically the first customers when we got there so Im assuming that we had the leftovers from yesterday. Whatever you do, avoid this place! Run away! Ive had better food in a small run down Chinese buffet in small towns than this.

This restaurant needs to be inspected by the health department and literally shut down. The most of the food was stale, overcooked, and discussting. The floors were filthy and had food scattered everywhere. Lord knows what the kitchen looks like. The ice cream was not the right temperature and was melting, toppings uncovered. Please Please someone inspect this place I have never eaten in a place like this. I would have walked out but they charge you before you go in. Thumbs down for this place

Food is very desceptive. Lins Buffet is the nicest looking chinese place (Arcitectually) Ive seen but the food is very desceptive. I saw all the reviews to this palce and I wanted to give it a fair shot. Theres not alot of customers so the food isnt fresh, and even if it is, its either smothered to death in some sort of butter/grease with not much flavor, or its under done. The sushi is absolutley terrible and the only good thing about this place was the ice-cream, made by someone else.

This place has gotten worse every day for over five years. Today I had to bother a passing waitress to even get my drink over 45 minutes after I had paid and been seated. She sounded surprised I had not seen my waitress. An hour and a half later, my waitress still hasnt come by and they say the manager is busy. I had to get chopsticks off their cart because I was not given silverware or a napkin. Its insane how bad it was this time.

This is probably the worst buffet dining experience I have ever had! Food on the buffet was poorly cooked, not kept hot and the flavors were disappointing. There was a dodgy looking film over the soup. I wanted to try something from the grill, but saw that flies were allowed to crawl over the beef. I now understand why the ask for payment before you go in. I would have never paid $12 for that. Needless to say I wont go back.

This place sucks will never eat here again. It has nothing to do with the food and everything to do with the waitress. I literally had to go and get my own utensils ( they usually bring you that when they get your drinks). But of coarse we had to wait about 15 minutes for our drinks. After asking two different people for our drinks. When our waitress brought our drinks she had a bad attitude. I could go on, but why bother.

I have eaten at this place 3 times now over a couple of years, trying to give them a chance. Honestly, I cant understand why, or how it is still open. Obviously the owner is using it as a tax write off. The food is the worst, seriously to the point of being dangerous. Please, do our town a favor, and close this place so the building can be used by a suitable establishment, instead of a tax write off.
