Started out ok. Waiting on the gal to finish the order in front of me, when Roman stands in front of me and says Hi.. then jus stares at me.. doesnt ask what I want.. just stares.. so I say Ill take a plate to go.. give him my order.. boxes it up.. then tells the gal to ring up the guy in front of me although his order isnt complete. At this point he seems to be a new manager training a new gal. Ok cool. I goto pay she asks to go or stay? Roman immediately says its to go, and I say no its to stay. The gal is ringing it up just fine and Roman procedes to tell her she is wrong. Eventually I get my food.. and half of my bejieng beef is burnt.. I normally have no issues here... But this guy Roman made my visit very unpleasant, along with the burnt beef. Today I give then a 3 star and I feel that is generous......

Messed up my order I was told I could come back anytime and get to the missing items. When we came back we were told we were unable to get the missing items because we do not have the receipt this information was not given to me, that I have to save the receipt, which I didnt even receive I was told that my name was going to be put down in a book so I could put pick it up anytime And now I cant because you mest up I will not be coming back again customer service is a joke

The food was good. However, there was no attention for the tables. I saw one customer remove trash and wipe the table down. All of the empty tables needed wiped down and some needed trash removed. Also the trash bins were at a point of over flowing. It wasnt that busy. There was breaks in the customers. If there was a little more attention to the dining area I would have rated it a 5.

Its hit and miss here. The store is a LOT faster than the first year it was open. They got rid of the pot stickers though. What really is frustrating is sitting in the drive through for 15 minutes then have the staff tell you that the thing you ordered isnt cooked yet. Why not tell us when we order so we can buy something else?

Food tastes great but the first male server that stared my dish was very rude I had to repeat myself like ten times for it to be a to go meal, then he barely put any rice on my plate, which was disappointing because every one in front of me got a ton of rice, so Im not sure if ill be going back for a while

I have always been satisfied with the food...however the last 3-4 times that I have visited I have asked specifically for "chili sauce and chopsticks" inevitably I get home to find a bag with spicy mustard and soy sauce, but no chili sauce. Not sure why this request is so difficult to fulfill.

This place always has a line and is usually prompt to get people moving and out. The staff is usually nice and helpful. I wish they would do more snow removal from the parking lot and sidewalks, it is very hard not to hit curbs since they are deep and hidden in snow banks.

We love Panda Express, always a good easy dinner. Pssst..To the people complaining about the wait times: Use the app/site and order ahead of time- all you do is walk in and pick it up.. Most we ever wait in Panda Express is 2-3 minutes if they are busy.

Service was horrible 25 minutes to get through line and them my order was wrong almost got wrong order then when I checked my order had brocolli beef that had one small piece of beef. Love panda but done with this store will get when I go to billings

Going inside takes a long time and the servers are not very nice a lot of the time. Maybe 1 in 5 is friendly and actually smiles. Drive thru seems to be faster and you dont have to try and find clean tables to eat at. Food is good though.

Hmmm. They give you the ability to eat relatively healthy, when youre in a hurry, or on the road. Im a carryout fan. The dining room is loud and claustrophobic, and the drive thru line crawls at peak times. Not just here but chain wide.

I really like it. But I feel like the quality varies. Teriyaki sauce will sometimes be watery and the Chow Mein is sometimes dry. I order a variety of sizes mostly to-go and when I get home one of my boxes will be 3/4 full.

This is a good place to get a quick lunch or dinner. Calorie counts are clearly posted so you can make good choices. This location tends to overcook the fried items. I generally go inside so I can pick what looks freshest.

Fast food its not. Ive been in the drive thru line for 20 minutes and theres still one car ahead of me. The food is always good. Maybe thats because Im ravenous by the time I get it.

They ran out of teriyaki sauce at dinner time and took 15 min to make more & I was charged wrong. They did correct their mistake when I pointed it out to them. Food was good however.

Orders are almost always accurate, the food is always good, and the service always friendly. My only complaint is that the veggies are frequently undercooked and hard to eat.
