Expensive lunch special. Ive been to alot of chinese. Never complained about one. First off the entire lunch I spent listening to one of the employees sitting at one of the tables coughing and snorting loudly. Like he was hacking loogies. All while prepping what it looked like green lettuce. I lost my appetite. I was served cold fried rice with my lunch. With a hot meal that isnt enjoyable. Paid extra for a chicken eggroll. Had only one really tiny piece of chicken with bland soggy vegetables. Didnt eat it. Gross. Pork was fatty and grizzly. They had a chance to make it right after I told them nicely about my food. They ignored it and I got no hot rice and no eggroll with chicken. They didnt care. Just the bill for everything.

My wife and I occasionally fancy a Chinese takaway. The Golden Wok is about the best and most expensive of an unspectacular collection near to where we live. The quality varies between O.K. and mediocre but last nights effort was sufficient to persuade me never to go back again. Two combination dinners dinners A and F. Thirty bucks. The Orange Chicken was soaked in a gooey splodge, giving the batter coating the texture of chewy blotting paper and the Shrimp with Vegetables tasted as though it had been cooked the day before and kept warm. Perhaps you will have better luck.

This restaurant has good setting and vibe, was crowded at the time I visited, food was ready fast after order and most importantly the food was not unnecessarily sweet like some other Chinese food in the city, thus it tasted more authentic to me. The staff were quick, helpful to choose the food and friendly. The prices however was higher than other similar restaurants and it was obvious after we got the food. The portions are good for two servings. As a couple I would order one item and share for next visit.

Food was priced average, and my order came quick. This place is more of a counter order restaurant, so its almost serve yourself. Anyway, my order came very fast, within a few minutes. The veggie and sauce mix was really tasty, but the meat (I ordered a chicken dish) was horrible. In fact, it tasted like turkey, and bad turkey at that. I probably will not go here again. Also, the workers have a hard time speaking english. It was hard to understand them.

This place has been part of me for years. The food has and keeps getting better as the time goes. I love taking friends and my family there. Food is average pricing, but taste and presentation are great! I recommend to everyone. and so far I havent been told that its not some of the best they have ever eaten. Since being over seas for years and coming back home to get the food I been craving. I will continue going here and getting the delicious treats!

The Golden Wok was very clean. The food was good. Not great, just good. Im a little biased having lived in Hong Kong. The Singapore Mai Fan (Singapore noodles on the menu), had way too much curry in it and was very dark. The soups were very good and the spring rolls were excellent. Overall not bad but the reason I give three stars is because the Golden Wok is very pricey. With tip, $80.00 for 3 people.

Ordered sesame chicken, when I got home it had sweet and sour sauce all over it. Called up there to ask if this is the wrong order and lady was super rude. She just yelled "we didnt mess up" over and over. So if you order sesame chicken it is very sweet and NOT good. Poor customer service will not return. And overpriced

This family owned establishment is one of the best Chinese restaurants that I have had the pleasure of visiting. Staff is second to none. Always going the extra mile along with making you feel at home while there. Would recommend to anyone. And if you havent tried it yet.. your missing out.

Great family restaurant, been a favorite of ours for over 10 years (theyve been in business for 35). Our favorite dishes include hot and sour soup, mooshu chicken, pork fried rice, and the egg rolls are always yummy. The service is fast and friendly.

Service was great and the food was delicious. Had just enough spices and the crab puffs were the best I have had in a long time. Will come back again.

My favorite local Cantonese style restaurant for 20 years. Reminds me of places we went as a kid back east. Good food, fresh veggies, good service.

Well... that was trash. Love the random side of "brown sauce" that came with my chicken nuggets. Debating if I should bite this egg roll.

The menu is somewhat limited but the food is OK. Just wish they served more of a variety of food.
