Ive been here many times and have some difficultly telling them my order but this time much worse. I brought me n my son n my grandson to eat. I ordered my reg. Starting with hotter salsa for chips then I order my reg. Chile verdi, with a Margarita with lots of salt when u think u have enough add twice more. My son ordered a giant grilled burrito n a Dr. Pepper with grenadine plus a corona light but they didnt have it so he went with a bud light, his giant grilled burrito was cut in have and was just a bit smaller then the extra large grilled stuffed burrito at taco Bell which cost 4. Dollars and something and this burrito that didnt even mearsur up to the size of a large grilled stuff burrito costed $8. Dollars and something for the giant grilled burritos( what a disappointment.) Then the steak and shrimp dinner my grandson order was not how he ordered so instead of making a better steak they just took his order off. They tried to charge me for extra cheese I asked for extra cheese on my beans they brought me a salsa dish of it and then tried to charge for it on top of it they charged for me asking for hotter salsa. Ive never been charged for either items before even when I was at this place before, or other places so in my honest opinion this place has gone down hill. Its a shame because this used to be my favorite place. I told them I probley wasnt coming back and their answer to that was please dont so they obviously dont care about customer service and keeping a regular customer.

ElCharo has great food and its very easy for the workers to become your friends after you eat there a few times. In a small town, its easy for a corner market buisiness to become complacent. But, I never have known them to do so. Every time its a friendly and honest effort to create the most positive experience in Mexican Cuisine.

Possibly my favorite Mexican restaurant. The prices are decent as well, my wife and I can go in and spend around $20 all together. The music they play is pretty sweet too, waiting for Skrillex to do a remix of some of those songs. "D-d-d-d-drop the bass!"

We love this El Charros the best. Of the two in town this is the friendlier and better family atmosphere. Dont believe me, try them both and youll see why this is our El Charro ☺

Very good Mexican food. Staff had a little trouble understanding English; so, communication was somewhat of a problem but despite that would still highly recommend.

Ive been to almost every restaurant in West Plains and this the place to go. Old Mexico taste, good service, and a comforting environment. The food is amazing!!
