They did not put bacon on my bacon cheeseburger. I know. Its a minor ingredient, right? And I asked for an Arctic Rush and, lo and behold, the machine was broken. What? Its ice and syrup. I cant believe it would be that hard to make without a machine. The whole place was dirty, remnants of food laying around on the tables, the floor was dirty with paper products laying about. It took two girls to take the order. Maybe one should have been doing the order and the other could have been... cleaning? Now, I know Dairy Queen is hit and miss. Some are good, some are not. This is the worst Ive been in. And the biggest ding was for blocking the handicap spot with a garbage can. Completely unacceptable.

I have gone to this DQ since I was a child. I can tell you that since it changed owners it has gone downhill. This time I ordered a medium blizzard and a medium caramel sundae. The two people behind me got served and I was forgotten. They completely lost the order. I had to tell them the order two more times. For two treats. In the end it took them three tries to get the sundae right. The blizzard was the correct flavor but they made an extra one that I didnt need. The sundae sat for so long that it was half dead and I asked that another one be made. I had said they are to go but that got lost in the confusion too. Total time for two treats: 22 minutes. Ridiculous.

I ordered 3 Orange Julius, and when the girl brought it out she brought out a 2 small cups, and 1 medium cup. When I ordered 1 Large and 2 Medium. On the sizing chart it said large as the biggest cup,and medium cup,and small. I honestly think that they need to change their sizes. Poor staff, slow service,and the lady was rude. And to top that off the bathrooms were freezing, and the water was so hot that it could burn someones hand. The water was so hot that they could use it for hot tea or hot coffee. I am being very generous for the 1 star.

Even with part of the store under construction, and a line, the staff was great and service was fast. They even have my two dogs a tiny sampler cone, and a lid about 1/4 full of vanilla ice cream. The dogs loved it, and my wife and I appreciated it!!!

Its ok there. Typical Dairy Queen food. Staff its nice. Pretty crowded that day ... Thursday about 8 pm. Although I guess its been remodeled, its still kind of dirty-looking. Its not real Ice cream, you know.

Facility is a bit outdated and run down. Some machines were not working. It is also under construction, which was annoying but will ultimately improve the location. Blizzard did contain a ton of toppings.

Great ice cream and options. My only negative is my family and I dont seem to get enough mint in our blizzards. Ive noticed that varys drastically from one DQ to the next though

Slow service ordered a cookie dough blizzard and it was pretty much vanilla ice cream with one or two pieces of cookie dough. Didnt have fudge in it at all.

It is close to the Fairfax community and it is right on a main street. Lots of parking. And a drive is just about done. That will be nice.
