This store is offers a very poor Subway experience; they seem to always be out of Italian bread, but the real kick in the teeth is their employees. They have terrible service, just awful. One time I visited this place and their toaster wasnt working, which is fine, it happens, but they didnt tell me until they had already made my sandwich, only when I told them I would like my sandwich toasted did they inform me that their toaster was broken. They were going to lie to me to get me to buy a sandwich that I didnt want, no even worse, they were just going to sell me the sandwich I didnt want, they werent going to say anything. They were willing to microwave it though, but thats just not the same. It would have been nice had they not lied and just told me before they made the sandwich, no wonder they are always out of Italian bread.

I love this subway they do get busy sometimes but thats a good thing and in this town Im willing to wait its the best fast food here......and Willie not sure if you can read or not but every time Ive been there and the toaster was broke I seen multiple signs saying just that and the staff is friendly and always willing to make sure you are satisfied.... Thank you Washington subway!
