Use to visit once every couple of weeks. Could deal with the slower service(drive-thru) and running out of products, not always their fault(company not allowing enough labor to staff) but they served me the Beijing beef that had been sitting all day or had burnt it, was brown, usually red sauce, and hard, cannot believe someone thought this was ok to serve that. Wrote a complaint to company and got no response. Im in food service I usually give you the benefit of the doubt and dont complain but what I was severed had to be thrown away. Havent been back since and wont.

I didnt know my local panda express didnt deliver so I accidentally put in my order. So when I saw pick up time is this I called and asked odd they delivered of course the person said no ( I ALREADY KNEW I JUST FORGOT). I then asked if I could cancel the order because I wasnt going to be able to pick it up and he said he would deliver it to me(one time favor). Thanks so much panda express your food is amazing!!!!

Worst experience Ive ever had at a Pand Express. Went through drive thru and sat at the order screen for 5 minutes completely ignored. We looked inside to see workers sitting around doing nothing the place was empty. Another car came through the drive thru behind us and got immediate service so we tried to pull in through drive thru again to be ignored for 3 more minutes. Will not be visiting again.

This is a good Panda Express location. Their food is always a few notches better than the one in the Coral Ridge Mall, and others in surrounding areas like Cedar Rapids Edgewood, etc. One comes to expect a certain benchmark of quality, as everything cooked at these restaurants is fresh. The staff here cares about the food quality, and that seems to be all you need for good eats.

Almost every time I go there they are out of at least one entree - up to three - and/or ALL rice. If told it will be a ten minute wait to make something it will actually be 45+ and equipment is always breaking down with no backup. Dont see how this place has not been shuttered yet. Their workers clearly do their best, though. If anyone should be complaining, its them!

Told have to wait for orange chicken which was fine......but when I got my food the chicken had no orange sauce and wasnt a full portion...repeated problems with service and quality at this location...guessing no one cares about the customer satisfaction at this one....boycott this craphole so we can get a different restaurant with good service

Been there countless times and each time the service was mediocre or sub-par. Either by messing up my order or skipping me to the next person. Although I have never have been late at night. Arrived at 9:25 pm on a Monday night, supposedly was to close at 10 pm, they told me they were closed. It was the last straw and will never go back again.

Good food but always out of everything! Every time I have been there they are out of food. Today they had only 4 main dishes and had not made food for the others. It was 11:30. Come in earlier and be ready for your customers! Also were out of to go boxes and forks. Pretty piss poor.

"Express" should be dropped from their name. Very slow service, Incompetent employees, at least three food items are always "out right now" when I visit. When going through the drive thru line, plan for a 20 minute wait. Or just go inside, and you might get some service.

Although their hours state that they are open until 9. They stop making food at 7:50. This essentially makes the restaurant functionally useless. I would advise that the hours of operation be updated to reflect when customers can actually be served.

Just awful, I always have to wait, I went through the drive thru and ordered and was told at the window, after being made to wait 5 mins before anyone even greeted me, that it was another 7 min wait for egg rolls

Very disappointed that the drive thru has been "closed" the last 3 times I visited. Two of these times there has just been a car parked blocking the drive thru lane. I will be taking my business elsewhere!

Always enjoy eating lunch here after church. The chow mein and tsos chicken are my favorite, but also enjoy the Orange chicken and sweetfire chicken. Dining area is clean.
