This review is ONLY for the Wentzville location. Other Cecils are FAR BETTER than this one. This place is the absolute worst. Old lettuce, terribly cooked chicken, mushy pizzas. Working in the same plaza means that we try to order from close places for lunch and dinner but we will be traveling further to get our meals moving forward. I cannot tell you how many times we (as a company) have ordered from here and either the orders are messed up, we have to wait up to 20 additional minutes for our food or the food was old. What tops it off... the customer service is horrendous! We have called twice now to tell the cecils staff that something in our order is messed up and they accuse us of lying! The turnover rate here is ridiculous and the management is even worse... I cannot fathom how this restaurant is still in business...

Honestly, we have dined in here so many times and enjoyed it! Love the woman who is there literally every day! We have also ordered delivery maybe 5 times. We place a $30 order this evening and get a call 25 minutes later saying they dont deliver to our location even though they have us in their system. Yes, I get it. CWP has a Wentzville address and we have a Foristell address, but how about you open mapquest. IT TAKES 8 MINUTES by car to get to us! And the whole route is a major highway! Its a straight shot! The phone call pretty much ended with a "sorry" and hung up. You guys should work on some consistency. You just lost a loyal customer. We will not be returning.

Downright awful!!! They delivered our pizza with all the toppings slid to the corner of the box. The cheese was completely off the pizzas. I sent them back with the delivery guy to be remade. After 1.5 hours I called and spoke with the manager Jennifer. What a piece of work!!!! She was rude and completely unwilling to help resolve it. She said I was paying full price bc they remade them. She didnt care I had 3 starving kids waiting all night for pizza. The pizza was terrible on top of it all. Would never order from there again. Zero customer service and crappy food.

When done correctly, pizza, salad and breadsticks are unbelievable.problem is, is there is a 50/50 chance. the lettuce on salad was wilted and warm. the pizza sauce actually tasted sour. I paid cash and delivery driver did not have any change- super annoying. this is 3rdtime this has happened, done wasting my money

We go at least 2 times a month for dine in..food is great...grandkids love it. Amy is the best waitress every. I have personally seen her handle all the customers by herself when it was packed. Her boss needs to give her a raise. Food has always been A+. Ignore all the bad reviews....just go dine!

Called for a delivery I was told 45 minutes called and hour and half later to ask what was going on, they were very rude on the phone. So I cancelled the ordered the delivery driver then called and was just as rude on the phone. Will never order from there again.

Great pizza when its prepared correctly, when you order or dine in be specific about how you like your pizza and dont be afraid to let them know if its not right. They will make it right. I frequent this pizza joint, much better than imos.

This is the best Pizza in Wentzville. As fast as any other pizza restaurant, but better taste! The place is clean and the staff was friendly. I got the feeling that it wasnt really a chain store and more like a Mom and Pop place.

Good pizza. If you come in during a game, the game is usually on tv. Arcade games and nice staff. Delivery is quick and good appetizers. They also have beer.
