If I could give a "no star" I would. I am so disappointed! My husband and I live in Pacific and we try very hard to support our local businesses. We had a bad experience this past summer at Brew Haus but decided to give the restaurant another chance. Oh my . . . We arrived at the restaurant at 6:45, put in our order at 7:00 and at 8:00, after noticing that people all around us--who had arrived after us--were being served their meals--we asked our server if she could check on the status of our order. Hmmm . . . it wasnt placed? When I asked for the bill so we could leave, I assumed the server would tell us that the restaurant would comp our drink orders, I was flummoxed when, instead, we were handed a bill. Wow! Of course, we werent the only upset people tonight. There was an event going on upstairs in the "opera house" room that caused the kitchen to fall behind. As a result, people were turned away. Hard to support a local business when they treat you like this.

We went here today for lunch with friends while passing through town. We waited 5 minutes for someone to approach us at the front door for seating. It was extremely awkward, us standing there looking at open tables while they literally walked past us to do other things before seating us. Only 4 tables were occupied in the entire restaurant. Kyle still couldnt find time to get our order right, refill our drinks or even remember to bring us napkins that we requested twice to clean our hands from a greasy sandwich. The sandwiches were good but the service was terrible. I have better service at a fast food restaurant. I couldnt imagine the level of service provided on a busy time of day. Unfortunately, we will never be back. There is some good news though, it was easy to find our server when we needed him. He was very busy across the room standing behind the bar texting on his phone and giggling with the cute bartender.

We were excited after moving to the area to try this place out. I can say the food is decent but the wait for your food is awful. The first time my family of 4 went we waited 50 minutes for our food. We figured we would give them another chance since it was a Friday night and they were busy. So, went back on a Tuesday night . No better. We were there 50 minutes, 40 of which was spent waiting on our order of 2 soups, a salad , 3 burgers and fries. Was so frustrated after still sitting there that we got up and left. Hope you like waiting

Really expensive for the area. Cleanliness good, food decent, but again way too expensive. Perhaps they could lower the prices by having less staff.. I counted 5 staff members sitting around doing nothing to a restaurant with maybe 10 people eating.. and it was still pretty slow for my to go order.. Update I order the Ruben, the sandwich was decent but the sweet potato fries were soggy like wet noodle soggy ughhhh! What a waste of money!

Passed here by accident on the way to Six Flags. Stopped here after. It was an opera house at one time. Great ambiance, jovial crowd. Our group ordered a variety of things, and all were praised. But I was amazed by the pizza. The chef is adding a wonderful twist to pizza making. The Cheese Steak pizza was one of the best pies Ive had.

The food is always good and the bartenders are phenomenal but the wait staff could use some tips on paying attention when tables are seated, etc... UPDATED: The waitstaff has improved and the bartenders have always been topnotch! Great place to go for a good meal and good service!

While on cross country trip from Pennsylvania to Arizona pacific was our first stop for our 2 and half day trip. The Pacific brew haus was highly recommend by our hotels manager. Food was excellent, service was great and the atmosphere was relaxing.

Food not very good and overall service very slow. It might just be the cooks in the back who are very slow. Who knows! Prices are somewhat high especially since the food is not up to par. Greasy soggy fries and a a dry tasteless burger.

Since they got rid of the Kyle, service has improved. The food is totally awesome. Great salads, wings (the best), and the burgers are good too. We go here often. Had the fish before and chicken strips, Yummy. Love it.

I had the special, fried chicken with mashed potatoes and steamed broccoli. It was amazing, warm juicy and flavorful. Everything is fresh. It was really busy, but the waitress was great abs super friendly. :-)
