I came here a lot before the remodeling, I was quite a regular customer. My experiences used to be great, but the last THREE times Ive been Ive been overcharged and given the wrong sides with my combo plates. I ordered today (for pickup), two combo plates-sesame chicken and low mein with a side order of their donuts. Instead of noodles I got rice with both of them, which Im not really complaining about because I love the rice too. But boy was I looking forward to having those noodles. I went to pick up at the counter and the little lady handed us our food and I paid, charged on my receipt by my card $16.10. About 3 minutes later, Im already close to home (I dont live far at all) I get the text from my bank saying my card was used. Didnt think anything of it, waited until I got home to check it and it says I was charged $27.10. Thats $11 over what my receipt says I paid-and what I think may have happened was that since I left the tip portion of the receipt blank when I signed, they charged $11 for a tip. I didnt give them one because they messed up our order and gave us the wrong sides-it genuinely made me angry because Im so regular that I figured they would at least offer to replace it with the correct side, they just said sorry and handed it across the counter which yes, was polite but??? Seriously? It takes like three minutes to make those noodles-Im not the one in a rush here. But since I left the tip portion blank and signed the receipt they can get away with stealing?? Its not right. It was only $11, and while thats not a lot even higher end sit-down restaurants such as Sammys only has an $8 tip fee for larger orders... From now on I will carry my business elsewhere, even though Ive enjoyed this place since I was a kid when it first opened and I love it, I wont be coming back. Dont forget to put a line through the tip blank if you dont plan on leaving it, guys-because apparently theres people in that business that feel entitled to your money and will happily fill it in for you. My mistake for leaving it blank, I guess, but $11 for a tip? On a pickup order? With the wrong food in it?

Ive been here plenty of times and I always love it! The food is always super hot, fresh, and delicious! What really got me is the wonderful staff! In the midst of all the craziness from the flood, I accidentally left my purse here with a large amount of cash and didnt even realize it until an entire day later. The store held my purse for me and none of my belongings were missing. Its just such a wholesome act of kindness! Thank you guys for always giving me amazing food and for being genuine people! You will always have my business!

As a vegetarian who eats out, working in a town with few restaurants, I have take out from here 1-2 times per week nearly every week for the last 5 years. The portion lasts 2-3 days for less than $10. They know what Im ordering and the food is steaming when its opened at the office. Theres a small buffet option, but I order off the menu.

I never like fried rice but i tried the fried rice here and its so good that sometimes i only order the rice. Great food, good prices, nice people. Highly recommend this place!!!!
