Worst Chinese of my life!!!! My takeout had a hair in it and i came in the next day for a refund with my receipt and because I didnt bring in the hair/food that i immediately trashed they wouldnt give my money back! So I asked to speak with a manager and the dude behind the counter starts shouting at me to get out! Literally yelling in my face!!!!! He gets the "owner" on the phone and shes got an attitude right off the bat saying how she wont give me my money back ($28.09 BTW) without seeing physical proof because she needed to compare the hair to make sure it actually came from one of her people. ???? Then I tell he about how the guy was yelling in my face threatening to call the cops on me and telling me to get out. Her words "well if that happened Im sorry" if that happened? Like she was calling me a liar? FOOD IS GROSS AND THE OWNER & PEOPLE WHO WORK HERE WILL YELL IN YOUR FACE IF YOU ASK FOR A REFUND! !!! THIS IS REAL LIFE PEOPLE! UNBELIEVABLE! !!!

EXTREMELY RUDE AND THE FOOD IS DISGUSTING! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! He was also very rude to other customers while I was waiting for my order. Just wrong... I am not one to go out of my way and leave a review but this time I was absolutely appalled by how mean he was not only to me but to others! NEVER GOING BACK!!! I will always go to Happy Wok in House Springs, MO. They have excellent customer service and are always nice and the food is awesome! NEVER GO TO NEW CHINA!

This place is pretty amazing. Great sized portions, always very hot when we get home, giant shrimp in the shrimp dishes, huge variety to choose from. I will agree with those who complain about the guy taking your order but I go there for good food not good manners. My Chinese American friend and I pick up from there regularly and have never been disappointed in the food. Update: cranky guy gone, new order taker who knows what customer service is all about.

My wife and I have been customers for over 5 years. She loves BBQ Boneless ribs and I think the General Tsos Chicken is wonderful. The staff are always polite and eager to serve, whether we are dining in or carrying out. The Owner just told me the other day that, for the first time in 10 years, New China is offering Free Delivery for orders of $15 or more to customers in the Pacific area. These guys are great! I highly recommend them.

The Wonton Soup is great! Most the time the food is good. However, I do find that the fried rice can be old, very tiny and shrimps are very little. Flavor is typical. Been going there for nearly 20 years. Food isnt the same as when it first opened but is good enough. I do think they are in need of some regular painting in the bathrooms to cover dirty walls and their phone could use a good cleaning. Never got sick or had sour food tho.

Terrible terrible TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! The guy is beyond rude and the way he speaks to his customers is out of control. I honestly hope if hes the owner the place gets shut down. Ive been to MANY restaurants and done many reviews and this one I will assure you I will never eat here again and I will be sure to tell my family and friends how rude and horrible this place is.

Wow you people must live sheltered lives! this place is a joke. the "fried rice" is chewy and doesnt even have anything other than a few tiny pieces of onion. the 40 minute delivery time turned into 60, and they didnt add any soy sauce in the bag. The general tsos chicken wasnt as spicy/flavorful as id like either. just dont expect anything special from this Pacific gem.

The cashew chicken was overly beaded and soggy. The sauce was very flavorful, but the texture of the breading dissolving in it was nauseating. The rice was overly dry and cold. The lo mein was really good. Absolutely no complaints. The eggroll was extremely greasy. Ill give the place a second chance in a few weeks and see if I just caught them on a bad day.

I dont know what these people are saying about the mushy rice. I think their rice is very good. They arent really slow, either. I place an order for pickup and its only about 10-15 minutes to make it. Of course if you order more food it will take longer. All in all I think theyre a very good Chinese restaurant, much better than some places Ive been to.

The food is great and they give huge portions my family can make two meals or more out of the food they give us. However every time i call they tend to be rude. Its hard to understand them and it seems like since they can understand me i should understand them however i dont hear a chinese accent everyday. If the mannerisms upgrade it would be a 5.

i have been going here since they opened and 90% of the time, the food is great! The attitude has been great as well. I did go once when they were extremely busy and the wait was long, but overall they give you great food, great service, and a LOT of food for your money. I love this place and absolutely would recommend them!

Me and my 9yr old kid love this place heck even the wife will eat it every great moon and she dosnt like Chinese food. There crabragon is on the sweeter side. Usually cold in there dinning room during winter and warm in the summer due to the small dinning area and frequent front door opening. I recomend them for take out.

Food has a homemade Chinese feel if thats possible. Average Chinese food prices a little expensive in my opinion for the quality but plenty of quantity. The dude taking ballad an behind the desk does seem rude but I dont think he knows any better its the language barrier. Its average nothing fancy.

So I now understand someone elses post about the 40 min. Delivery time that turned into a 60 min delivery time .... ITS FREAKING rediculous and when you call about it . Its we got backed up and its cooking right now and it will be on its way with no compensation for the long wait either.

Everything weve ever ordered has been delicious. Pick up orders are always ready as requested. The restaurant itself is small, old, and poorly decorated. Customer service is about the same as most Chinese restaurants, a little cultural difference but not rude or impolite.

The food here is awesome, and the prices are great. The food is always super hot (FYI: if you have a long drive home, open up the bag because the hot food will melt the plastic top of the containers!!), they are super friendly, and very helpful. QUICK too.

Every place has a nad day or two, but I have been getting food there since they opened and it has been consistently good to great! I love this place! And as long as they stay the same Ill be getting food there a long time!!!

The food is very hot and good. The egg rolls are very good just a little more greasy than average. The crab Rangoon is very good if you like the creamy style filling. Service was friendly and the place is clean.
