Me, my boyfriend, and his family came here when they first opened and everything was amazing. So me and the boyfriend had no hesitations about coming back again. Everything started off great. Our server was great the drinks were good and our nacho appetizer was awesome. Then they brought out the entrees.... The salmon my boyfriend ordered was raw. He couldnt even cut it with a fork as one should be able to with salmon. I cut into the middle of my steak and it was good however I made my second cut into the side and it was raw as well. I ordered medium and the steak was beyond rare. I might as well went to the butcher and ate the steak as soon as they handed it over. We told the waitress and they didnt charge us for the entrees however the manager never came over to apologize and we ended up paying for the appetizer and drinks walking out with no apology except from the server who had no control over the horrid meal we had been served. I will never go to this place again. Its astonishing how far they have fallen.

Ive been here several times, with the most recent visit being tonight. The place is packed--several tables with 8+ customers, but I only see three, maybe four servers. We came in and sat, menus in hand, for 10 minutes before anyone asked if we had been helped (had not). We ordered our food and drinks then. Drinks came quickly but food took almost 40 minutes. One of the ladies restrooms is totally out of TP, and my husband said there was pee all over the toilet in the mens, and possibly poop on it as well. Food was good, as it usually is, and the server was very friendly (he looked like he was doing his best as all servers had way too many customers to handle efficiently). They just appear to be understaffed. Good beer selection, although they have a habit of being slow to update the beer menu, so sometimes I will end up with my third or fourth choice. Will come back and hope for a better experience next time.

Really enjoy going here with friends. Normally have a great selection of beer and the food is as phenomenal as bar food can be. Tons of TVs with almost everything on and also a stage in the back. It is a little difficult to find off the highway but worth it when you navigate around the roundabout and find it on the opposite side of the road from the hockey rink. I just wish more people knew about this place. I think it would be a better time out if the place had more customers or even a live band every Friday or Saturday night. It seems that whoever is in charge of marketing could do a better job of making the place known since it is a little difficult to find at first. Probably would give it 5 stars if it was more popular of a place.

The absolute worst establishment I have ever been too. The staff is rude and disrespectful. Unfortunately, they also do not how to do their jobs considering they cant manage more than three tables, and consider themselves busy or as they would say "slumped" the company I work for brings a lot of business to their bar, through to go orders and after work events. But I can assure you will no longer be placing order or bringing business back. Best tip, for your company would be to get rid of your current bartender, she is going to make that bar going under very quickly.

Went there with friends during my bachelor party. Waited 2 hours for our food and we were the only ones in there, And only 15 people in our party. They gave us our cold food for no charge, even though they got most of the orders wrong as well. It was no charge but they still made us pay for our drinks, which I think should have also been free of charge. We should have left but they kept telling us our food was going to be right out, that they and a new cook so it was taking a little longer. It was a poor experience for any occasion, especially a party.

Pretty good bar food and a nice selection of draft and bottled beers. We went on a Monday and the happy hour specials were decent ($3.50 Cabo margaritas, $5 chicken quesidilla...). Not too crowded and there is plenty of seating. Cuban sandwich was better than average and came with crispy, well-seasoned house made chips. At $7.00, I was well-satisfied. My Blue Point draft was cold, delicious and didnt break the bank at $5. Service was quick and friendly. Give em a try if you are in Wentzville.

I have been here three times and the service is only ok the food is not that great they have a chicken parm has no sauce jerk wings that only have hot sauce the wrong orders constantly comes out not good at all im only here with people who like this place by the way the beer is amazing lol who ever the chef or head cook is should be sent somewhere to be trained o how to cook and the food smells like the fryers havent been changed in a week.

Came in for dinner with the family, there was a xmas party and there were no short tables available, needed a high chair for my 8 month old son, bar tables dont work. Manager made it a priority to get us a short table from the party and move it. Beer selection was great and the food was incredible!! Cant wait to go back!! GO PACK GO!!!

Weve eaten there and picked up food and brought it home. Normally the food is very good, but tonight the food we brought home was not good. The pizza was about half cooked and the wings were barely covered in sauce. Not sure well order food for pick up again.

Extremely slow service and kitchen. Its 6 pm on Saturday night and the place is relatively empty. Bathroom smelled like mildew. Other locations for this chain are much better. 2865 in St Charles and 109 Brew house in ofallon.

Limited wait staff not the servers fault Joshua was pretty great, but the food was sub par, they did not bring my girlfriends salad out, used processed chicken for the Alfredo, and my burger was severely under cooked.

So many beers, love all the options. The service is great and a the atmosphere is perfect for bringing the kids along for dinner. Its great to have a place so close to fill growlers with so many different choices.
