This store has very unethical values. First, the owners of the store, Tom and Mary Durst, steal money from their employees. They cut time off of employees pay periods and do not pay them for "Mandatory" meetings. They have been reported for it before and have been fined by the Missouri department of Labor, but still continue to do it. The store also breaks many labor laws such as not paying employees for overtime and keeping minors at work on school nights past the legal time set by the state of Missouri. The General Manager of the Store, Pat Farmer, has been known around the town of Wentzville for being a very unprofessional Manager. He yells in the face of employees, in front of customers, and threatens to make his employees come in and work without getting paid or else he will fire them, which is very illegal. Pat also talks about how another employee is struggling to other employees, instead of confronting the one who is struggling directly and in private. Pat also does not higher people who are overweight or people who have disabilities. This again is illegal because of his discrimination against them. Overall i am very displeased with both the ownership, and the management of this store and would highly recommend not going there.

I just had the WORST experience ever dealing with the Dairy Queen on Highway Z. I went in because they messed up my order and the owner "Mary" took my order and after denying I had a replacement order on hold she knew exactly what it was and brought it to me so when I asked if she was going to take the rest of my order she got sarcastic and rude because I said that my Burgers she had just brought to me were going to get cold while I was waiting for my food. ( my order was to go) I then told her that I come in there to feed my family four or five times a week (truth) and she said " and you get your order replaced every time" ( she was obviously mixing me up with someone else yet used her limited knowledge of the situation to make a judgement call) I then said would you like me not to come back here anymore and she said thats fine so I left not before saying Ill bet you treat your employees as bad as you treat your customers. Do yourself a favor and do not patronize this business who mistreats customers and serves a less than satisfactory product.

Usually go here and get the $5 box which they usually serve all day long. They changed the menu and made it only during 11-4 which is fine. We went at 5 and asked about it and they said that you can still order it but it will be a little more which is understandable. We ordered 2 which would normally be around $11, but it came out to be over $20! Looking at the receipt they just rang in the order as seperate items instead of suggesting a combo meal. I was under the impression that they were ringing it in as a combo still but this wasnt the case. They employee knew what they were doing but didnt have a care in the world. The employees that I interacted with had little to no people skills. I will not be visiting this location anymore.

My husband and I go there one or twice a week with our granddaughter. The place is usually somewhat clean, food good and hot, quick service and friendly people. When the owner is not there its hit or miss. Today he was not there. There were no clean tables, one slow girl behind the counter slurping a drink while taking orders and a line to the door of people waiting. The drink station was a mess and the floor dirty while at least a couple of workers seemed to be standing around chatting by the drive thru. One of our burgers was wrong and had to be redone. When the cats away the mice will play. Owner: Please put a grown up in charge when you cant be there. Id hate to see this place run down and close.

Only because of chel she is awesome lets explain it like this went through the drive thru. Long line waited a while asked for food fresh waited more total about 20 mins (this is not counting waiting to order time) Ok no big deal i did just ask for fresh food and that take some time. Before its given to me i asked is it fresh yes it is i live 10 min from there maybe a little longer long story short wasnt fresh. Called up there talk to the manager she was really nice and really sounded like she cared (Chelsie if i spelled it wrong im sorry) and for that i will come back. Great job and i know sometimes people forget to follow through but still i say good job to everyone.

Second time in, and second time the place was filthy. Trash on the floors, dirty tables and everyone working was standing behind the counter. No greeting when you enter, and to top it off, they had one ice cream cake. ONE. I emailed the manager last trip, and she assured me this isnt normal for her store, but after yesterdays visit, Im concentrating this store us always dirty and has a lazy staff. If you want DQ, go to the one on Veterans Memorial in Ofallon. The staff is friendly, greets you when you walk in, offers to help and the store is clean! They had at least 30 cakes to choose from and fast service!!

When my family and I visited on a Tuesday evening none of the free tables had been cleaned off. (11 tables were occupied) Seems like the dining room was completely neglected as the floor needed swept too. We only ordered ice cream and they were quick to bring it to us though.

The food is great but what makes the experience great is the staff. Mainly one person, Joe. Hes definitely the best prepper and the fastest at it too. He also has sick flow and the best looking person in the company. 10/10 would eat there again.(only if Joe is working.)

Well yeah, its DQ, right? Heres a tip... Although they show the Blizzards being held upside down, dont try this over your girlfriends lap in the heat of summer. I did this about 30 years ago in Tucson, AZ and the result was not really what I was looking for... ;)

They dont even flip the blizzards upside down and the portions are smaller than every other location. The ingredients are in so small portions as well. I refuse to return to this location.

Took 20 minutes just to order at inside the store. Couldnt pull out of the parking lot that was handicapped because people were waiting in line there as well. Not too happy.

Nice people. If something is wrong they will fix it with a smile. The owner is a great person and i recommend this specific location. Across from a church and a pizza place
