I visited around 11pm and they were not even busy. During the order taking process the order taker kept trying to rush us "anything else, anything else?" So we get to the window and the tall girl with glasses opens the window. "No hello how are you or anything" she just told us the total asked if we wanted any sauces and slammed the window and walked away. We ordered a junior jack bacon cheeseburger and literally received half a peice of bacon on it. (Like your kidding right) we also ordered a large curly fry and almost half of the fries were regular. We didnt get a receipt just our food handed to us. We tried to tell her to have a good night she slammed the window again. She wasnt wearing a name tag so I have no idea who she was. Very disappointed and will be receiving a call in the morning.

Went to this location for lunch today. Service wasnt good....wasnt greeted by the cashier, she walked to the register and starred at me, no good afternoon, hello, nothing! When I was handed my food, there wasnt a thank you, have a good day, again nothing! Got my food, fries were hot, Spicy Chicken sandwich looked like it had been sitting for a few hours. I pinched a piece of chicken off to see if it was dry, my fingers were soaked in grease. When I brought the sandwich back to get my money back, there was no sorry, is there anything I can do for you. VERY POOR SERVICE!! Oh and I didnt even get a receipt, I asked for one when I brought the sandwich back and was told I couldnt get one because it had been too long. Will NOT come back to this location!

The fries tasted like crap we called and complianed their manager on duty said I promise you they are fresh they were beyond crunchy there was no grese on them they tasted burnt and that they were cooked an hour or more ago. The lady taking our order was rude when we were ordering and when we got to the window I smiled said how are you she ignored me and asked do you want condiments in a very rude fashion. She then was throwing our condiments at the window as she waited for our food when our food came up she then handed us our food and still no smile and ignorant says heres your food. I then said thanks she again ignored me I then said it helps to smile and act like you care and drove away.

This location forgot a 10pc nugget or something I ordered several months ago, I had called corporate and complained. Received a voice mail from owner/operator, I called them back, left them a message, never heard from them again. I never did get my order. Just went there last night for the new sriracha burger...they were out of the sauce. 3 miles one way, just to be disappointed late at night when I was tired and quite hungry. I wish the other locations were closer...I dont want to have to give up JitB, but this total lack of service or care is appalling. This is one of the worst fast food establishments I have ever visited. NEEDS NEW MANAGEMENT/OPERATOR

If I could of given it a -20 I would of. Waited forever to order. Finally make it to the window and the kids were high and messing around so much my bag of food sat in the window for a good 5 minutes before he even noticed it was there. I get home and it isnt even what I ordered. Tried to upload the pic of what I got. What jnb sandwhich out there has 3 buns??!! Saved this crap for the day time manager!!! And these people want $15/hr........never again.

Experience was awful! I have been there twice. The first time, I waited in line for 35 min and I only get a 45 min lunch break. I decided to give it a second chance today. There was no one in line, probably because they have all been scared away, but the lady at the window was BEYOND RUDE! I will never be spending my hard earned money here EVER AGAIN!!!!

I wish I could give this place 0 stars they are horrible, worst jack in the crack Ive ever been too an Im a frequent customer. food is never cooked right, the order is always wrong, and the employees are lazy as hell.... I wish there was one closer to my house but I guess I wont be giving my business to these clowns any longer...hahaha clowns..

Every time I visit I get cold food that has to have been sitting quite awhile. Both day and night food is old and cold. Hopefully they dont get people sick. Im done eating here and suggest other people stop. Definitely a lack of quality supervisors here. Ive worked many different fast food jobs to know this is unacceptable.

Workers smell like pot and are always very rude. I waited in the drive-thru with no cars in front of me for 20 minutes. There were no cars in front of me and they made me wait 10 minutes before ordering and proceeded to be rude and messed up the order. Never changes at this jack n the box. Will go somewhere else

Absolutely the slowest confused shift crew on this planet. Rude and hostile to each other. Basically refused to greet me. Truly down right stupid in my eyes... . Cold food even after waiting over 12 minutes for 2 tacos and curly fry...... half my lunch break waiting for lunch

Staff is always rude. Ive never had one polite employee help me. Even the managers are rude. Id suggest AVOIDING THIS PLACE. I have come here many times and literally Ive never had a good experience, thus place sucks and they talk to their customers like absolute crap.

Horrible service cashier seem like she was on some hard drugs. The other worker who brought me my food gave me attitude and almost dropped my food. And they forgot 2 of my tacos and gave me no buttermilk ranch like I asked I will never be going here again!

Wish I could post less than one star... my food was dried out and was asked to park for fresh potato wedges and got a mix of old wedges,black fries and a cpl new ones in a grease filled box... guess that grease couldve been used for my dry burger

i went there at 4 in the morning. there was open sign on but they said they currently close.. it could never happen. i think they were smoking pot back in the kitchen thats what they are known for.

No one was at the counter when I arrived. The young Lady didnt greet me and just stared at me. Employees were outside by front door smoking. Management needs to take note of these issues!

The Jack n box on Zumbel sucks they are always out of shake mix, chocolate syrup,and today they dont have tacos really thats the one thing I would think they wouldnt run out of!
