My husband and I had never visited this particular location, but weve been to the one on Manchester many times. We havent gone to a Robin in some time because I just havent been in the mood lately. I certainly appreciate the unlimited fries, but that usually leads to a terrible stomach ache that just isnt worth it. Also, weve found some awesome local places that have incredible burgers - Quincy, Layla, Grapeseed - and Id prefer to spend my money there instead of a chain. Not to mention, eat a fantastic burger instead of an ok burger. However, every once in a while we end up stopping. Like the other night - we were in Fenton, we were starving and we didnt feel like driving all the way back into town and then eating. We wanted to eat ASAP. It was a Friday night around 8p and they told us it would be about a ten minute wait. We probably only waited about 5 minutes. The waitress was super friendly and understanding - she took our orders right away. She even brought our fries and broccoli out first as soon as it was ready! We snacked until our burgers arrived with more! I would definitely recommend signing up for their rewards program. After you buy 10 items, you get one free! And they occasionally send out emails with some pretty decent coupons/offers.

Ive always enjoyed Red Robin, but normally wouldnt take the time to write a review. But Tuesday night changed that due to awesome and thoughtful service. My husband I just swung by for dinner after finding out the gender of our first baby and causally mentioned the news to our server. We honestly couldnt hold it in. At the end of dinner, our server and the manager gave us a congrats card signed by the staff and comped our meal. We were shocked. Thanks Red Robin for your kindness, we appreciate your generosity!

Came to celebrate a belated Mothers Day with my son via a gift card sent to me from a special person in California. Had difficulty downloading the gift card, possibly trouble with the website. But the manager, Ashley, did not let us leave unsatisfied. She graciously took care of us. Delicious food! Service above and beyond! Continues to be a favorite of ours.

If you like unique burgers, Red Robin is the place to go. Although, on my last trip, I had a burger with fried ramen noodles for a bun and it was pretty gross. Dont get me wrong, the rest of the burger was great. The ramen bun was weird and not tasty though. Every other burger that Ive had at this location was great.

Chain burger restaurant where you know what you are getting and will most likely not be disappointed by this location if youve been to others. Staff is friendly and although it can get busy during a weekday lunch they will not have issues seating you. Vegan and Vegetarian options are a plus.

Service was slow waiter barely checked on us and was a bit rude toward the end. Food was dry and when you get the bottomless fry you better order them as soon as you get your first order or you wont get them until youre about to leave. Music was annoying too

Excellent food. I always get their chicken sandwich and it is consistently the best sandwich Ive ever had. They have unlimited fries, but the sandwiches are big enough that we usually dont finish the few they start us with. Highly recommended!

This is my second time visiting this wonderfull restaurant.They offer scratch kitchen wich is great and all ingredients are super fresh.Coffee tasted very good and refills are free.They have super delicious -grandma- looking cakes.

This is one of kids favorite places to go to eat. The atmosphere is fun, but sometimes loud and dimly lit. BUT their prices and amazing burgers make the trip very worth it. The staff is friendly and the service is reasonable.

My wife and I love Red Robin, and this is a great location. If you are in the moodfor a burger, pretty much and burger you can imagine, you will likely find it here. The drink selection and the onion rings are a great draw.

Quick turnaround from ordering to food on the table. You can pay at your table with the tablets they provide. Speeds up the exit after eating. The burgers are always good.
