Every...single....time... tonight it was undercooked tacos. I work overnights so Ill swing through here every 2 weeks or so for a treat. Last time after carefully asking for specific sauces with lots of please and thank yous... no sauce. Cant forget the lovely time I ordered the bacon potato wedges and can only describe the thing inside as plastic display food made hours before. I hear if you go during the day its better. Oh no, ordered a large ice tea there must have been a tear in the cup and the entire contents exploded on me as I drove away. Most of us have worked fast food and my god if someone was as polite and nice as I am I would have gone out of my way to make there food nicely. Not here you will suffer with them, you will think your going to get nice junk food but haha your not. The joke will be on you. You have been warned

Not the best service. First person that tried to take my order was very hard to understand and he had trouble taking my order. A lady had to jump in and we had no problem understanding each other. Then, I believe was the same guy, gave me my drink that was 3/4 filled, no napkins and the french fries where lukewarm, hard and chewy like theyve been under the warmer for quite some time. I could not eat them. When I asked for some condiments he did not know where to find them someone had to come by and they were looking for them for about 5 - 10 minutes. When I went inside to get more drink and napkins, they were having a blast talking and laughing but it didnt look like too much working. I will be picking another place instead this one for sure next time.

This place is a constant clusterfuck. Theyre now posting a sign ON THE DRIVE-THRU that claims they close early on mondays and tuesdays. I dropped by thursday and was asked to pull forward because of the customer behind me, who eventually pulled away with nothing, while I still waited a silly amount of time for a handful of tacos and trashed sandwiches. Honestly, Im not asking for the pinnacle of perfection, but maybe Jack should consider some sort of screening process in St. Charles, because Ive seen every other scumbag at this drive thru copping out on what should already be a pretty easy job, especially on a slow night. For Christs sake, its just tacos.

Absolutely garbage. Service. Didnt even get to the food part because the customer service was absolutely horrible. Very disrespectful. I will never visit this location again even though jack in the box is my favorite fast food restaurant. I will make the drive to the rock road every time before I have service at this jack in the box. Absolutely ridiculous.

Pulled into the drive thru and nobody ever answered me. I sat there for several minutes waiting for someone to take my order. I eventually pulled around to the window and didnt see anyone inside, yet their cars were in the parking lot. This isnt the first time this has happened either. Something seriously wrong with this place. I wont be coming back.

I went to the one in st. charles this morning and the fryer was down. I ordered a breakfast sandwich and a burger already annoyed i wouldnt get the hashbrown or fries that came with the meal. By the time I look at the order they dont even have it right. They gave me two breakfast sandwiches and it wasnt even the one i ordered

In a matter of two weeks, I asked for three things during three different visits and did not get what I asked for. Either they were out of stock, a machine was down or they gave me the wrong order.

They have signs up to say they are open 24/7 rarely are they open late night.. they used to be but this hss been going on for a couple months now its very rare that they are open late !
