I was so disappointed! I went to your South County, MO location and it was fantastic and we got great service! I came to West County and wow! We ordered the Wisconsin cheesesteak, garlic bread, buttered noodles with chicken, pot stickers, and a kids spaghetti. The garlic bread was very burnt, we asked for it to be remade and it was brought out burnt, again. The meat on the cheesesteak was also burnt. We had already waited 15 minutes for our second order of garlic bread to come out, and by that point we were pretty hungry, so we didnt even bother to ask to have the cheesesteak remade. The rice crispy treat that came with the kids meal literally crumbled into pieces when we took the wrapper off. I asked for the red pepper spice mix that I had found by the other condiments at your other location and the kids working there had absolutely no idea what I was talking about. They tried to give me an actual bowl of red bell peppers and then a bowl of red Chilli sauce. I finally saw it on a counter behind the register and pointed it out, and shortly after they put the rest of it out by the other condiments where it belonged. I had to douse my buttered noodles in the red pepper to have any flavor. The service was appalling. We were so disappointed! We wont be coming back to this location!!

Their menu is intriguing. Their food seems to be of decent quality, but the dish I selected was very disappointing. I ordered the Pad Thai with "sauteed shrimp". If you like real Thai food or just spicy food, dont order the Pad Thai thinking itll sate your palate there. Its pretty bland. I had to dump sriracha and black pepper on it to get any real flavor. I dont know what they "saute" their shrimp in, but my best guess is straight tap water. I plucked a shrimp out individually for my first bite and it had no discernible flavor. Ill go back, but Ill definitely be trying something else. As another reviewer mentioned, its a bit pricey for what you get, but thats common for the area.
