Was traveling from Ohio to Kansas and stopped to grab a bite to eat. Our server was really friendly and inviting, but that is the only thing positive I can say about the experience. Ordered traditional wings and side house salads. While awaiting the arrival of the food, the other servers were "messing" around on the floor--seemed like high schoolers/college kids-- Hollering across the establishment to one another, had the cooks yelling out that orders were ready(repeatedly). When the food arrived, the salads were very brown and limp, asked the server to take it back and have it removed from the bill, she was very apologetic and willing to right the wrong. Bit into one of the wings, it was cold, so tried another, same thing, no heat was coming from them(medium size) some heat should have been coming off of them. When the waitress returned to our table to let us know the manager removed the salads, we explained that our wings were cold, she again was very apologetic, but how does she attempt to right this wrong? She offered to microwave them! We were shocked. Told her not to bother, we paid $20 for the worst wings we have ever had. I will NOT recommend this location to anyone passing through MO!

Called in an order for carry out. They forgot the sauce for the wings and the signature mushrooms on the burger. These two missing signature aspects of the food were why we ordered from here in the first place. All they did in response was mail out a $5 dollar gift card that we could ONLY use at the SAME location that FAILED to provide us with COMPLETE menu items. Took two weeks to receive the already insultingly small reimbursement. We just moved here and they lost a repeat customer due to multiple employees lack of ability to do simple fundamental aspects of their jobs which they are getting paid to preform. What a horrific company with horrendously incompatant staff. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. This location should not bare the brand or logo of Buffalo Wild Wings because they are a disgrace to the entire food service industry.

Went here on sunday around 2:00pm we requested to sit outside the hostess sat us and we realized we didnt have menus after waiting 15mins my fiance went inside and asked for menus. After waiting 30mins nobody ever came to take our order drinks or food! I went inside and asked if we could get a waitress they told me we were supposed to come inside first to be seated i told them we were seated by a hostess they all said oh ok we will get someone she turned and asked Haley if she would wait on us Haley said no but ill find someone else. Our waitress came she was nice the food was good, wings a little high priced to not come with any sides. As we were leaving we saw Haley come out and gladly wait on the next table that came guess it was just us she didnt want to wait on smh!!!

Top notch service from both the manager (DJ) and our server (Jasmine). Its pretty rare when a manager executes proper table touches and actually helps their team. Jasmine did a phenomenal job despite also managing a large party and 3 other tables. Her manager DJ was making the rounds and brought us refills while Jasmine was busy, but she came over immediately after with our drinks and apologized for the delay. Its nice to visit a corporate chain and actually feel welcome, especially when we are out of town. Many thanks to the BWW team at this location, and especially Jasmine for taking great care of us!

I ordered 21 Honey BBQ boneless wings and some buffalo chips to go. I was disappointed to the point where I will probably not come back. The wings had barely any sauce on them and when I got home I found one small container of ranch dressing for all 21 of my wings. This is the second time I went this place. The time before it was a little bit better. Still no sauce, but at least they game me something to dip my wings into. On a positive note, the sauce is good. And the wings seem to be more flavorful (even with the little bit of sauce they put on them) after they are reheated the next day.

2 bad experiences. Never going back. 1) We went in for sit down and was seated by host. Took 15 minutes to be greeted by a server 2) ordered to go order with substitution in the sampler which we had done at least ten times before at other bdubs and this one too. When we got there, they said they could nt substitute and a couple hack managers said there was nothing to do about it. finally someone said they would provide the substitute but when we got back, we found they forgot our wings. Bad service but okay food. They go really light on wing sauce.

Absolutely horrible. Our waitress was the worst. Acted like she hated her job. Didnt come back ever and ask if we needed refills or how everything was. We got boneless wings since they have a special on Thursday. They were ice cold, tasted like they had been sitting out for a long time. Barely had any sauce on them. Our bill was outrageously high for the service and quality of the food. Will NEVER be back and I will tell everyone to stay away from here.

Sat there for fifteen minutes after being seated by a hostess who was clueless and nobody bothered to get our drink orders or even stop by to say they were gonna be with us shortly. The restaurant wasnt even busy. After leaving the restaurant without eating I called and spoke to a manager who clearly didnt care when told about the issue. Ive been to this chain in multiple states and this was just pathetic. Absolutely dont go to this one.

This location appears to be smaller than the one on Olive. Food was ok. Server was friendly but food was slow to arrive. Server did tell us there was a computer glitch that delayed the dinner orders. Apps came out fine. Server offered free dessert for the delay. We didnt want dessert so she took off the two apps from our bill which was nice. Basically just a family friendly sports bar. Nothing special imho.

Didnt eat there so cant attest to the food. Did have a drink. Bartender was friendly & LOTS of BIG TVs if you are a sports fan. Would be a great place to watch football. Drinks were pretty pricey. Wine was $7 a glass, which I think is too high for house Cabernet. Pour was only average. This was during happy hour.

Love BDubs. Only complaint is all of the corporate rules with alcohol. They card EVERYBODY and wont allow you to get a drink for somebody who is about to arrive. That may be just the tip of the iceberg. Local staff is just doing their job, but the corporate structure at BDubs seems to be a complete mess.

Went there for the first time, tried some wings, which were amazing, also tried the street tacos, which were great as well. The service was amazing, never went without anything we needed. The server Jessica was fantastic and had great wit, kept up with my buddies and our shenanigans. 5/5 all day.

We absolutely love BWW! Amazing food... I especially love the mozzerella sticks; great service, and always a fun time. I also noticed they keep the place clean. The waitresses and bartenders are always cleaning. Very impressive. Keep up the good work.
