This restaurant has the worst customer service Ive ever experienced. Skip this location! Pick another place for your sports, wings, etc. By request, here at the gruesome details: I called the restaurant at 4:00 to place a to go order for pickup at 5:00. Recognizing that Super Bowl Sunday is a very busy day for these guys I expected some delay in getting my food and getting back out the door to the Super Bowl Party. In fact, when the hostess said they could have it ready by 5, I said "make it 5:15, I know you guys are busy". I arrived early and began waiting with about 15 other patrons who looked equally irritated. At 5:30 a manager approached and told me that my order would be "right up". At 5:45 the same manager told me that my wings were being "sauced up" and Id be on my shortly. At 6:00 I approached the take out counter to request a soft drink...the staff balked and it took significant prodding to get more than a "kid sized" cup while I waited. Looking back I shouldve asked for a bucket of beer. Fast forward to 6:20pm, my wings arrive, the first quarter of the Super Bowl is over and I receive little more than a "our bad" from the manager(s) on duty. There were no less than 10 other customers whose orders were presumably lost by the incompetent staff at this location. I wont be surprised to see many more negative reviews of this particular location. In the interest of full disclosure, I like BW3s and have been a customer of theirs for a long time. The food is generally good and other locations seem to have it "right" in terms of staff and customer service.

Today I went to pick up a replacement order and received very bad customer service once again. The first time I went, the kitchen staff used all the wrong sauces on my 4 orders of boneless wings (but they used the right stickers). This time - my order was correct over the phone and on the receipt, but the kitchen prepared the wrong items. I had no idea it was so difficult to prepare chicken strips with sauce. I waited an additional 10 minutes for part of my order to be remade, while the rest grew cold. I wasnt offered anything for my time (considering this was the second time my order was messed up), and while waiting for my food, a manager (shift leader) walked up and rudely addressed me without making eye contact, saying that the incorrect order had to be thrown out. I own a business myself, and when our orders are incorrect, we dont punish the customer. The fact that I had to ask about the food being wasted and was denied is ridiculous. I wouldve definitely expected compensation for my time, in the form of AT LEAST cold, unwanted chicken being offered. Its not like the food is that high of quality, and it wouldnt have cost the company ANYTHING to repair the relationship with a customer. Oh, not to mention the takeout satisfaction form stuck to my bag was completely disregarded, as if it didnt exist. I think Ill go to Hooters next time Im craving chicken.

Very poor service I went there for my birthday on a Monday night expecting at least to have a nice meal. I chose this place because everyone likes there wings. However, the service was horrible, The staff has very little knowledge on what is on the menu. We had announced twice that it was a birthday occasion, I had seen online as a birthday treat, that an order of snack size wings were the birthday treat. Nothing was offered, we ordered our food, and from our table we could see that the order was ready, however our server did not bother to bring it out to use until the wings and sides(french Fries and chips) were very cold. We wanted to order a few drinks as well, and we had questions the server very rudely stated "I dont know" and on top of that never came to take our drink order thereafter. I will not recommend anyone to go to buffalo wild wings, especially not this location, and definitely not a place to celebrate, with its gloomy staff who wait for hot food to become cold before they serve it.

My husband and I came in today for lunch. I walked up to the hostess desk and was barely greeted by Courtney. When she decided to look up at me, after she stopped writing whatever was more important, she then said "Hey..." very dry. First of all, hey is not a good communication tool when running a business, especially when you say it dry and dead, as if I was irritating her by being there. She then began asking me how many..., booth or table..., etc with an attitude and very nonchalantly... When she brought me to our table, she tossed the menus on the table and walked off without a word... Yeah she will never get far in life with such horrible customer service and attitude... When our waitress finally came, she was nice but it took forever for our food to come, when for one thing they werent even busy. With me going to lunch at 11, we were one of the first group of people there. We did not get our food until after 11:30.... This location is not very customer oriented and deserves a thumbs down.

I eat here for lunch sometimes because my co workers want to. The service is consistently terrible. For instance, today were eating hot wings. Does it occur to the server to ever come back and fill our water glasses? No. Not a clue. If youre a server, and glasses are empty, and we have barely started eating... I have never had good service there. They need better training. I have no idea why my co workers eat here. A lot of types of sauces and seasonings- all taste like chemicals. I dont get it. No idea why someone would want to eat here. They dont even serve their food on plates. All paper and plastic. In St. Louis, you can almost go to any local neighborhood bar and grill and get better food. If you like fried food and chicken served on paper and plastic, go for it. There are 20 better options within 2 miles of this place.

I occasionally go into the Creve Coeur BWW location to enjoy some boneless wings for lunch. But one of the previous reviewers is right - this place is extremely loud. They crank the music and the TV volume WAY up, forcing any patrons to nearly yell and cup your hands behind your ears just to hear one another. This is not a place to go for a nice, relaxing meal with the family. The Fenton, MO location is much nicer and quieter than this one. Food-wise, the wings - both traditional and boneless - are excellent, going way beyond what other establishments such as the overrated Hooters have to offer. If you can stand the noise, go ahead and dine in; but if you cant, get your food to carry-out or look for another BWW location.

The meal was saved by the server in training and the management. Unfortunately we almost got food that had been handled by the trainer when I sent it back due to an incorrect...By her unclean hands. She was upset that I sent my food back and feared that she may get in trouble for an incorrect order..So instead of remaking my order...She put her hands in my food and removed the wrong part. ....But before we got the food...The server in training told me about the trainer so I would not be eating tainted food. The manager handled it very well and the day was saved by the new server and the manager....Will go back.
