If I could give this place a zero today, I surely would. Today (January 22, 2015), I had absolutely horrible service. In fact it was beyond bad. I got in there around 11:40 am for lunch and had to wait about 15 minutes for my drink (the one I ordered when I took a seat at 11:40). Ok so there was a large crowd there, so I was not too upset about that, but I was annoyed. When they brought my drink (11:55 am), I ordered my food. the long and short of it, I walked out at 12:40 without them EVER bringing my food. I guess I got a deal, because my lemonade was free. The thing that upset and annoyed me the most was that people who came in before and after me not only ordered their food around the same time I did, were paying their bills AFTER eating. The waitress said that the kitchen got swamped, but obviously they were not swamped enough to get food to the other customers. Thanks for the lemonade lunch today. hopefully that will be enough for me to NOT PASS OUT AFTER LUNCH. I am diabetic.

Great spot me and my crew get love here. Love this place! Food and drinks fairly priced. Only set back is we notice when we get loud- they only ask us to be quiet. But never the other white guests (Im soooo not racist) when there loud for Blues games. And Its been done at least 3 times. Other than that, I love the place. And Im not gonna be chased out, and its only been a few workers whove done this, and the manager(s) are always usually nice.

This place is a joke!, I was there to watch a baseball game and drink some beer. The Blues came on and they turned all the tvs to that game. The tv I was watching was on the other side of the room from the big screen so no one was even looking that direction, and he still would not change it back to the baseball game. If you cant/wont take care of your customers eventually you wont have any.

My boyfriend and I went to this place it has good prices but the food was salty and the chicken wings were greasy. I told the waitress that the fries were too salty and she said that people liked it that way. She did not offer me anything else or say she could get me unsalted fries. The hamburgers were good but over all I did not enjoy this place.

Waited until the game I wanted to watch was over to turn it on, waitress was horrible. Couldnt remember orders, never came by to refill beers (and we had a pitcher) so ended up going to bar to get own refills. Love hotshots but wouldnt recommend this location since I seem to always have bad service here

One time a nail caught my Carhartt pant and ripped them. I didnt even bother the management. Today a lunch for two took almost an hour to see scrimpy $10 blackened chicken quesadilla and a burger (no appetizers). Best thing about this place is Alexa. Thats my two stars.

The only thing worth a star was our waitress. She was quick and took care of us very well. This place is extremely smoky, smells like stale beer, and wasnt that clean. Not what Ive experienced at other locations.

Way better bars out there fo sure!! Wish the service would be better. Going here for dinner better expect a wait for a refill. While your waitress is sitting talking to the bouncer or whoever.

Wings were fabulous! Ask Kim (at the bar) for a suggestion & you will be very happy!! Fast, friendly service from the entire staff. Check it out. You wont be sorry!

Staff wasnt too bad. $70 bar tab for myself & I was sober leaving. Mixed drinks over priced & watered down. Liquor is what I drink so I wont be back.
