The manager at this location is drinking on the job, unaware of whats going on besides hanging out with the dj. This was Saturday February 22nd 2014. My son had his birthday party there last weekend. Had called in advance letting them know they would have about 25 people. My daughter in law bought a groupon for the nacho bar after consulting the bar. She called again a few weeks in advance & was told they were having their 20th anniversary that night. Told them they could bring in their own food as the kitchen would be busy. Unbeknownst to them the nacho bar was free for the entire bar. Then after leaving his ID with the manager who left it with the bartender so he could acquire pool balls. At the end of the evening, he went to retrieve his ID & they had given it to someone else. Said nothing they could do about it. We are giving them a 0 rating & will never go there again.

So it was my sisters birthday after party and we got there around 10 pm to play pool and drink. The drinks were not very strong, and not as good as most bars Id been to before. This transgression was not too horrendous until this b*tchy girl with pink and blonde hair that claimed to be the "manager" said that we got there at 8:30 and charged us for three hours instead of one and a half. My uncle tried to show them a text he sent us at 10:05 that said "where are you guys?" but she did not even listen. So my uncle paid the bill for my sister, and even tipped her nicely. Heres the real kicker: they kicked our whole party out, even me when I did nothing to confront anyone about it, and even asked if they were hiring and for a job application. One things for sure...I will never work for nor visit this customer service lacking sh*thole again!!!

Well we had this waitress named Gretchen. I went in the bathroom and talked to my friend, came out to my fiancé and said to him "she is talking about you in the bathroom would you like your tab?" Implying that I was talking bad about him. She basically ruined a good night for us based on her poor judgment, which was none of her business in the first place. Poor serivice and stirring up conflicts rates this place a one in my book. I will never be back and neither my fiancé and his friends because of this waitress Gretchen.

I was there with a group to have a good time, and during our time at any event we take snap shots for our Club Website. The Staff you have at this location ,could care less if your Pink Galleon gets promoted. Part of the good time involves the staff. the photos are just to remind us who took care of us , and compliment them. We are not stalkers and thats how they made us feel ;-(

Ive never been during the peak times but this is a spot my co-workers and I like to stop by after work. They offer free pool from 4pm - 7pm Monday through Friday, so if you want to hang out, have a few beers and shoot some pool this is a great place to hang out for a little.

Gave our food to the wrong table. The wrong table ate some of it. Then they took it from that table and gave it to us. Completely disgusting. Management was unapologetic and the bar tender was disrespectful when we asked for our food to be remade. Wont be coming back.

The galleon is great!!!! They have many games to play as well as touch tunes juke box. The sound system there is top notch! Shuffle board. Basketball . golden tee. Pinball. Darts. Pool. Foosball and Air hockey. We had a blast. Friendly bartenders.

This is pretty much the only ping pong bar in the area. Absolutely love the environment. They got lot of pool tables and a couple of dart machines as well. Only way they can improve is having better quality of paddles.

great staff, fun games including pinball. the drinks are measured and seem lighter pours than elsewhere, but the fun overrides this for me since Im not trying to get trashed.
