Food was great I had the Lamb unfortunately you cant trust the wait staff service was terrible and waiter by the name of Martin lied about the type of tequila in my frozen margarita i asked for Jose quervo was informed they had it when i got drink it didnt taste like what i asked for then i ordered another which the taste was extremely different from the first so i returned it. The server then told me it taste different due to it having more ice in it then I went to the Bar to order same drink with jose quervo only for the bartender to tell me they didnt have jose quervo in the first place. I know it may seem petty but there is never a need to lie to a customer about the products you carry so that along the other service person forgetting to bring parts of order on top of the bad attitudes they have made me never want to return

Hadnt been here in a few years and used to love this place. Service has gone down the drain. The food was mediocre but reasonably priced. We were told we couldnt be seated for 45 mins although the restaurant was practically empty. After waiting for 15 mins we asked again to be seated and was seated immediately. I honestly hate to call the race card because I never do that and I hate when ones do that but we were there to celebrate my sister and my brother in law (who happens to be white) anniversary and were treated so different from other patrons. Our waiter only came to our table 2 times, never got a refill on water and went to a table next to ours multiple times to refill drinks. I just hate that we went out for my sister and brother in laws special night and got such a terrible experience.

Previously I would have given this restaurant well over 4 stars, but now this favorite restaurant that my husband and I used to frequent has recently stopped serving the tomato bisque soup on a regular basis. We go there specifically for that soup. The other food is good, but nothing hits the spot like that soup. We are so disappointed that I doubt we will ever go there, but rarely any longer when we were there at least twice a week. I guess I am just of the mind that if you have something that is good, and popular on the menu, why remove it to a meager daily soup. So the one star is due to the bad taste and the loathe I have for the decision to pull this item from the menu.

The food was not very good, chicken marshland was terrible, the chicken was rubbery, they did not make me aware that the drink I ordered (a long island iced tea) was $10 dollars!! My bill was 64 and some change and then I look at my bank statement today and my bill was listed but a second charge of over $70 was also charged to my account by accident or not, It happened and Im furious about it. I contacted my bank and the restaurant about the fraudulent charges and if nothing is done, this will go to court. Its a shame because this used to be a nice place with great food but not so much anymore...

I ordered a soy ginger calamari appetizer that was delicious! I ordered a main noodle and vegetable dish without certain ingredients. The dish came WITH them . It was too spicy to eat. The second dish came out, Chicken Marsala, and looked beautiful, but was full of gristle. The vegetables were prepared perfectly and I ate them. The waitress was thoughtful, attentive, and communicated well. She was the saving grace. I hadnt been here in a long time. I probably wont be returning for a long time.

This is my go-to spot for slightly more upscale, casual dining. The price is great, the portions are monsterous (great leftovers), and the staff is always pleasant. The atmosphere is darker and great for a second date, or a dinner date with your girlfriends! The building is great size, and I have only had to wait 5 minutes for a table on a busy Friday or Saturday night. The drinks are great as well. I highly recommend Elephant Bar!

Was just in this establishment last night. Promptly seated waiter was not that great, I was not all that impressed with my food. The biggest issue was the gnats continuously flying around our table non-stop during our entire meal. Not just one but multiple, others were fanning them away form their food also. Usually always satisfied with my visits to Elephant Bar, after this one I probably wont be back for awhile.

Nice balance between upscale and casual. Decent prices for large portions. The atmosphere is inviting. The service was so so. My waitress was slow and not very attentive. I ordered the Monterey chicken sandwich with onion rings. The sandwich was great and the onion rings were crispy but without flavor. I like the menu with its great variety of dishes. Id like to go back and try something new.

We had an amazing experience here! The food was delicious, the service excellent, and the prices were fantastic. I have nothing bad to say about my familys experience here. Although, we may have scared the server when we asked for his manager to compliment him. :) I would highly recommend to people who enjoy good food on a budget.

I am here for dinner, took 15 minutes for the waitress to acknowledge us,ordered the lamb shanks,we were informed they were out....ordered the coconut shrimp for appetizers,informed they were out. Really? It is not even 630pm....unacceptable.I am scared to order now,I might be told its out.

The servers are very nice and the food is delicious. They have a calamari appetizer that is amazing... If you can imagine calamari being tender. All of the food here is good and the portions are adequate and if you get there at it has good incentives with money off and free items very often

I ordered the salmon and green beans. It was good. I dont like skin on my fish, and there was a thick undercoat of skin. Cooked well though. Very nice waitress so 4 stars for service and 3 for the food, but I gave overall 4 due to the total experience considering all factors.

Was promptly seated and ready to eat, but when our food came so did multiple gnats. We had to continuously fan them away from our food and saw other people doing the same. As a first experience it was extremely poor, will probably not be coming back in the foreseeable future

Reeling from sticker shock in Las Vegas, we chose this restaurant for a dinner after our wedding ceremony. We were a table of 5. The food was amazing, the drinks were delicious, the wine list was extensive and unique, and the service was impeccable. I would suggest the drive

Sorry Philly. I just had the best cheesesteak sandwich I ever tasted. I actually couldnt stop smiling. Plus we always get coupons loaded onto our frequent diner card (safari card) we just got $14 off of a $40 bill. You wont regret eating here.

We had amazingly attentive and fast service. We had coupons for free kids meals. The manager gave us the free meals, but gave us the coupons back to use again another time. Sweet! Also our dinner was excellent and flavorful.
