Very atypical Red lobster experience. We eat at RLs all over and there is a standard quality that was definitley not evident this time. Drinks got spilled all over floor and on our sons pants when served. Floors were dirty and sweeper was resting in main walkway (trip hazard). They forgot key ingredient in raspberry smoothie we always order and had to remake. Broccoli was very undercooked, dry, brown edges and had absolutely no seasoning on it. The $30 "10 oz" lobster we ordered was served undercooked. We sent it back and it still came back slightly undercooked. The RL biscuits promised in "5 min" never came and we were finally given a "to go" bag of two after we were overcharged. Manager and waitress were apologetic and said theyd adjust bill. We were charged full $88 and had to ask. Not a happy experience after traveling 2000 miles for our favorite RL dishes.

First, if I could post this without any stars, believe me I would. The "WORST" experience my family and I had at a Red Lobster. Our server kept forgetting about us, mind you the restaurant had a handful of patrons, and my husbands order was wrong. The salmon was horrendous, dry and had absolutely no flavor. The grilled shrimp still had the veins in it. How appetizing! Yum Yum if you like that. Have you ever tried eating crab legs without crackers and crab forks? Well, by the time we finally got the utensils for the crab legs, they were cold. Never, ever again!!!

Ive ate here over the years with family on random occasions and the food, service, and experience has always been great. There have been several times where the wait was a bit long to get seated as well as several times when waiting to get drinks or a bread basket refilled took a bit long also - but these were generally when the restaurant was very busy and thus understandable as to why the wait would be longer. Overall, this specific location of the Red Lobster chain has always been a delight to spend a meal at and I would definitely recommend it.

At 8:30 on a friday night red lobster maybe had 10 tables total,not busy at all. Our Food was cold and boring. It took almost an hour to recieve our food. It took atleast 10 minutes to recieve a refill. Took atleast a additional 10 mins to recieve my check. You could see dissatisfaction written all over our faces. Our waiter asked if we would like a dessert but after waiting an hour for our meal at the low quality it was presented the question was appalling. Nothin was good about our experience at red lobster and Im sure to never return. :(

We ate the endless shrimp for lunch. Our waitress, Starr, was top notch in making sure we did not run out of shrimp as we enjoyed each flavor provided. There was garlic butter grilled, the traditional scampi, coconut, parmisean peppercorn, and siracha. The cook, Nick, was fabulous at making each dish fresh to order. We had two batches of their cheese & herb biscuits. The sweet potatoes with pecan nuts and butter was smooth and warm, just right. The grilled corn was lacking in flovor and a bit tough, but still good to eat.

We waited a hour and a half for our food (We had a small party of 3). When our food finally showed up we had to send the steak back to be cooked properly. It was very rare. You could tell the food was rushed because the other 2 dishes had under cooked pasta on them. To top off everything I found a hair in my food. The waiter was extremely nice and helpful thats the only reason Im giving this place such a high rating. We will not be going back to red lobster anytime soon.

The service started out great. However, the food not so much. We look forward to Lobster Lovers each year. Quality and taste was hortible, my mom and I both sent our lobster tails back, they were extremrly over cooked. The manager did go to the kitchen and cook them personally. I also ordered a beverage, you get to keep the glass, I did not ever receive my glass. I hate feeling like I wasted my hard earned money. Saving grace is your staff.

Generally good, if you like fried, fried and more fried. I am not particularly partial to this franchise. Food is always excessively salty and fried, and always seems to arrive at the table at room temperature. I suspect they are microwaving it all. Service is good and friendly, but really... you can get pretty much the same thing at Captain Ds or Long John Silvers for half the price.

they were out of several things including sides and salad dressing, the menu has grown to the point that it is difficult to find what you are looking for. Love the Biscuits so thank goodness they had those. nobody complained about any of the food so outside of just not being able to get exactly what was wanted it was a good meal. Made for a Happy Fathers Day.

Went here and agree with other posts food was cold and the bottom of my shrimp scampee had blue coloration. The manager told me that the color was from the day dot. They brought out new shrimp scampee but there was no discount on my tab. Food should be checked before it leaves the kitchen. Very displeased will not be eating here again.

What a waste of money. Ive had frozen dinners that are better. That is no joke!!! We spent $60 on dinner for my wife and one of my sons. I got a shrimp sampler. All of it tasted like it was frozen food that had simply been heated up. The shrimp scampi were tiny and overcooked. Spend your money somewhere else.

Our waitress Cassie was really sweet! She was very efficient at her job! The food was disgusting. The lobster and tilapia tasted like it was going bad. The dishes mustve been washed in cold water with no soap. I never had a bad experience at any Red Lobster, but its a first for everything.

Wait for it, wait for it...then wait a little longer. Order arrived after 6 minutes too long under a heat lamp...not their best effort. I might try again if my arm gets twisted. Captain Ds gets the same rating (3.8) and its 3x as fast, not overcooked at a quarter the price.

Large Corp Chain Restaurant delivering seafood in the Midwest. Nice atmosphere, friendly service and good variety on the menu. However, poor execution on the food! Main courses not hot, salads not cold, lobster tails dry and tough, plus expensive. Overall not terrific!

Remarkably poor attitude from the bartender when I went to pay for carryout. Looked at me several times without acknowledging. Wow. I waited ages for her to take my money! The food is fine. Typical Red Lobster. Im not interested in trading money for attitude.

The food was ok but I had to ask for different rice because the stuff they have me old and very very crunchy. When I place my order the waitress looked at me and said is that for you. Like I am some fat $$$. Yes I am a chunky mom but I am not 400 pounds either.

Exactly what you expect a Red Lobster restaurant to be. Good seafood at a reasonable price. The beer was a bargain compared to most places. A seasonal craft brew for $4.65 and it was a bottle. I pay $6 - $7 at most places for the same thing on tap. I am a fan
