Today my boyfriend and I went to this location and I was just amazed from the moment we walked in with the presentation and wonderful display on the board. We were greeted as soon as we walked in not only by the manager and other guests but by the servers as well. As soon as we set down our sweet waitress immediately atteneded to our needs. I had two drinks while eating the Bahama Mama and the Sunset Passion Colada and my boyfriend had his favorite Blue Moon lol. The Bartenders presentation on the drinks were just absolutely amazing. We ordered an appetizer, Calamari and Stuffed Mushrooms and it was just wonderful. The only thing I can complain about was the fact I didnt know how big my dinner would be when I ordered the Coconut shrimp; but thats my fault lol. I travel a lot and just so happened to be in Kansas for the week from North Carolina and I must say this location has any other location I have been to beat ! Ill be back soon !

I have been eating at this location for over 20 years, since before they had the new building. We sat down for a birthday dinner and it was terrible, the waitress got the orders wrong , the biscuits were almost dough and the salads they brought out were the most sub par I think Ive ever seen. I loved this location but will not be coming back, I didnt even eat because I was worried about the food quality at this point. Its really sad that my favorite restaurant is this bad, the manager and waitress were both nice and when we said we werent eating the food after several people with me took a few bites and said it was terrible they did delete the bill. I think they need to look at the quality of their food and make a choice, either charge more if they have to and give me quality food or keep serving whatever that was and lose the old customers and try to stay open with the people who think this kind of food and service is ok.

Horrible experience, not recommend to anyone!!! On a Monday evening 8/3/15 they had a half-empty restaurant and a 45 minute line outside!!! Because they said they were short in staff that particular night. Could you imagine that - empty tables and guests cant be sat?! How stupid the management of this particular restaurant is to loose revenue that is just there!?! And the same situation happened to us before when we came to this exactly restaurant on Sunday afternoon, 3 tables served at maximum, and they said we had to wait 25 minutes!!! Unbelievable and drives me crazy when such things happen!! Good luck to you, Red Lobster!!! BTW, at the same day, on Monday after being turned down by RL, Jack Stack down the road had a line as well but we were sat at the lighting speed and the service was excellent!!!

Red Lobster used to be nice. Emphasis on used to. However, once I came here for my birthday, I wasnt particularly pleased with a restaurant that cost so much and delivered so little. For $17-25 per plate, I would have expected flavorful dishes with good quality seafood and a nice presentation. I got a nice presentation, flavorless lobster and some really tasty biscuits. Can I mention that the biscuits were free? Yeah, everything I paid for generally sucked, including my rather expensive drink. My girlfriend couldnt finish her plate and I was pretty much disgusted. That said, the service was really polite and friendly. I cant say this place was awful, but Id have had a much better experience just going to KFC. Trust me folks, you can find a better place to eat.

This place gets worse and worse!!!Horrible service....the waitress hated her job " Nicole t" she was rude, didnt supply drinks until asked. Had a call in order when arrived had to wait another 45 mins to get order. The waitress wasnt in a rush nor did she check on us. I would not recommend this location. Food was cold and biscuits were hard....had to get manger due to wait time....She was not much help eitther...they need better cooks and re-train staff or close location all together...Been too red lobster multiple times with same horrible results....Dont waste your time or money....As another customer stated while i waited for my food " this location has the service and staff of Dennys after midnight" (So true and well put.). .

Dined 12/29 around 7 P.M. as a walk-in with my husband. Seated right away in the booths to the left side of the bar; server (nice, blonde girl) appeared within a minute. Hubs and I didnt get to eat out for a long time, so we were trying to do the visit up -- cocktails for me, appetizers, more expensive entrees and sides, etc. She did wonderful. Every time I thought we were about to need her, she was there before we did. Prompt, timed our appetizer/salad/entrees well, accommodating of my obsession for cheesy biscuits, and made sure we had plenty of boxes and containers for leftovers. Food was plated neatly and tasted yummy. Thanks!

Today was my first time i went there.iam a seafood and fish lover.i ordered crab,lobster and seafood stuffed mushrooms,i couldnt taste any of it.i got 6 tiny mushrooms without taste.also seafood and crab stuffed flounder was smaller then half of my pal mhand.no taste to it,rice was overesalted,.i will never go there again.i went 3 times to Bon fish and Thats the place to go with lover prices.and so much better taste.iam not a big women but the portions in red lobster are small,overe or underseasoned.horrible.dont go there.maybe the lobster is great but not the rest,you will waist money and time.BON FISH rocks!!

Waiter was great! Was surprised that there was no wait to be seated. My wife and I had the endless shrimp. The Shrimp Alfredo was a large portion that we both ordered at the end, not knowing it was so large. The fried shrimp was their normal fried shrimp. The Peppercorn Parmesan Shrimp is just fried shrimp with a small amount of seasoning dusted on part of the order. The Shrimp Scampi, had no sauce. My wife and I each ordered it once, then I tried again and it was just hot shrimp I a boat. I liked the shrimp ... But not what I was expecting. We visit this place a few times a year and will be back.

Just went there today for lunch and was not happy. They were not busy at all. There was only about 10 to 14 people there. First the sprite was pure carbonated water. We were there for almost 20 minutes and still was waiting for the biscuits. Not to mention its endless shrimp time who was not informed until she finally took our order that they were out. We had to decided to leave and go somewhere else and not until we were walking out the door did somebody tell us that they did have shrimp and it just arrived 15 minutes ago. We decide to go ahead and leave because of the such bad service.

Ive come here twice now and each time have received fantastic service. The waitstaff has been very pleasant and attentive, without being overbearing. The food has come out promptly and was prepared very well and exactly to order, even with the substitutions that I have made. Ive seen the management staff walk through the dining area to check on all the customers and every time, they have been friendly and ensured that myself, as well as all the other patrons, were having an enjoyable experience. I will definitely be returning with my family to this location.
