GHETTO. If I could give -0 I would I suggest not going to this Red Lobster until they hire decent people. Including a manager. I had a group of 6 on Saturday. Our total bill was around $200+. Someone kept turning the AC on (was close to closing) therefore we froze the entire time we were there. (Mind you it was already 40 degrees outside) Our food took forever to come out. It was cold and half the table got served first vs the other half because supposedly no one thought to follow our server to bring the remaining meals out. So while she is taking orders, half of us have food and the other half didnt. Our server was on something. I had her the first time we visited and she was great...this time she was all over the place. She had the shakes and couldnt get one order right. Left drinks at the bar...when they came back the ice was almost melted. The Ultimate Feast is a joke. I would never pay that price for what was submitted to our table. I tried to use my gift card that my sister gave me for Christmas when the bill came. She took our CC, the gift card, charged our CC the entire bill and took the gift card. I noticed that the charge on the CC wasnt right and was for the full amount and inquired. They tried to tell me my gift card was invalid. (mind you I checked the balance before I went and I have the receipt for it) The manager after us complaining several times then took the $25.00 from my gift card off the bill. Now lets talk Kitchen. You have to walk past the kitchen to use the restroom. Here is a big problem. While everyone is waiting on their food and getting upset, the kids in the kitchen are doing the "nay nay" or the "watch me youuuu". It was a dance fest in the kitchen. Complete party and the kitchen was nasty looking. You could also hear them laughing and talking about how people were complaining about the food that was being sent back. I thought the entire kitchen staffs behavior was ridiculous and all of them should have been fired that day. Red Lobster is not a club. It is a Seafood Restaurant. The bathroom was quite disgusting as well. There werent paper towels or hand soap. I dont think a broom was used except for maybe first thing in the morning and that is a maybe. I will NOT EVER go to this Red Lobster when the one on NOLAND IS SO MUCH BETTER AND THE FEAST IS A TRUE FEAST!!!!!!!! STEER CLEAR OF RED LOBSTER IN THE LEGENDS UNLESS YOU LIKE DISAPPOINTMENT, BAD SERVICE AND COLD FOOD.

I bought the Alaskan King Crab Leg Dinner which is $$$ and was shocked by the very poor quality butter that was served with it. In fact, I wouldnt even call it butter. It was extremely salty and didnt even taste or look like butter. It was also a frothy and a weird pale yellow color. We asked for a different butter and they said that was their melted butter and that there were no other options, sorry... (Couldnt they have melted down some real butter for me instead for the amount of money I paid?) I almost wondered if they were running low and added water to the butter to make it go longer?? So rather than continue eating I boxed it up and took it home so I could eat it with real butter. This was really dissapointing for the amount of money I spent. Ive been here before and the melted butter was fine so maybe theyve switched where they get there butter or possibly watered it down to make it last longer, but either way it was unexceptable. Ive attached a picture of what it looked like. Youll notice its a funny pale yellow color instead of a rich yellow like most melted butter. It also has weird frothy bubbles in it which is why it looked watered down. The liquid on the plate was from me pouring it to see what it looked like. It looked clear like water rather than creamy and yellow like butter. It not only looked Disgusting, it tasted just as bad!

Worst place I have ever had the privilege off dinging at if you can say that! Veterans Day, not busy took 45 minutes to be seated. Place was a mess over two dozen tables not cleaned off just sitting with dirty dishes on top. Placed order anyways and tried to wait for food. Went to use the bathroom and it was a sad state of affairs, there was urine all over the floor and looked as if the place was a restroom at a large event that had not been cleaned in a week by anyone! After spending 45 minutes waiting with out any food or excuse why food was not out yet, we all just got up and told the waitress to cancel the order after being told by her that the manager could not come speak with us. The waitress advised us she did not blame us and she she understood???? WoW!!!! We went next door to Chickf--- and had great chicken sandwiches with top notch service. Eat at Legends RED Looser at your own risk! If they allow the public to see how dirty they keep house in dining area, lord knows what the kitchen looks like. I hope they had the $100 in food almost done when we all walked out. Im sure it sat till dinner time and then they served it 3 hours later to someone. Look at the other reviews about this same place. This is a honest review of my experience typed the next day to warn others. I will be notifing the Heath department as well about this.

We had a party of four and from the moment we walked in, until the moment we left we had great service. Our hostess was going to sit us in a booth and had no problem moving us to a table when we asked. They seemed to have alot of employees there, but every one of them were working and not just milling around or talking. Our waiter (I think his name was William?) was extremely friendly and gave great recommendations. Our food was seasoned well and hot or cold as needed. The portion sizes were great. All four of us did the $14.99 deal that included soup, salad, a full entree and dessert. Plus the delicious free biscuits which we were always replenished on. It was such a great deal and we all had to take some home. The restaurant was clean and very cool in this 100 degree weather. It also is a new restaurant so the decor wasnt old-school tacky but really nice! The manager on duty walked around to each table and asked us how our experience was. He even helped to clear our table by picking up dirty plates even though they seemed fully staffed. Overall, we had a nice time there and felt as though it was money well spend. We will be going back there.

Got to the KCK location yesterday at 4pm with my spouses income tax money, there to spend a lot. Waiter takes all day to even greet us for drinks, there are only 3 other customers in the whole restaurant. I ask him, will this whole experience be slow, we could go somewhere else. His response, smart ass, "yes you can go somewhere else." He took our drink orders then we took his advice and went to Longhorn for not just Lobster but Filet Minion and Lobster. Were just glad the $20 tip we planned to leave all along went to the Longhorn waitress and not the Red Lobster JACKASS. He works in the bar by the way, blondish brown hair, younger guy. Ill bet he didnt make $20 combined from the other people eating in there, judging by how they looked. His loss, our gain, forever more, Longhorn not Red Lobster. Best thing there are the biscuits anyway and they sell those in the grocery store so Red Lobster..... byyyyyye. We will try every restaurant in the Legends before we come back and give you our loyalty again. If you want to eat some delicious lobster, try it at Longhorn. We did and we were so surprised how good it was at a steak place.
