Of a table of 10 on a Saturday afternoon only one meal was "good". The others ranged from just "not the best" to inedible. My own meal, a simple chicken BLT... the bacon was burned to a crisp, the chibatta bun was so soggy in places that it was doughy, the lettuce was limp, the tomatoes were THICK. It was served with homemade potato chips. They were unsalted, flavorless and greasy. My husband had a seafood platter. The crabcakes were dry and tough, everything was battered and deep fried. There was no variety. He just ate... because he was hungry. It was not at all enjoyable. The waitress was useless. She only accessed one end of a long bench-style table. Us at the far end had to yell our orders or requests. The used plates and half-eaten food just piled up until eventually another waitress passed by and asked if she could take them. I wont be back, neither will 8 of the other people I was with. Sadly, they have lost a great deal of very outspoken people.

Ive eaten at this establishment for over 20 years..I eaten Red Lobster here in Ft Smith before it was even at this location..when it was located at what is now part of Mercys parking lot..And I said all that to say this tonight I had the worst experience with a my waiter..He missed my order up when I told him..He with angry insist thats what I order cuase thats what he wrote down! He didnt offer to make it right..He just repeatedly told me thats what I ordered just served my sons their plates and left! Feeling very intimidated I said it was fine and my son stop a passing waitees and told her and she corrected the order! I have to say Ive had a couple of rude waiters before but none to ever make me feel so be Little! I just wish the manger would cared..And I know this place has outstanding management because Ive personally meet a couple of them that always go out of thier way to say hi because theyve seen me there so much!

I should have listened to the reviews. Started off with a salad, sorta. 2 slices of cucumber, 2 slices of tomato and enough lettuce to MAYBE put on a burger. Waiter spilled the oil/vinegar dressing, quite alot left since not much of a salad to put it on. He kept calling me "Bubba" and had that fakey pleasant attitude. He said when I mentioned the meagerness of the salad about "policy" and how it makes it harder on him then. I got the endless shrimp. Mistake as well. Overall was just not a good experience.

Friendly staff,great food and prices My husband and I had our anniversary dinner there and it was great! I ordered stuffed lobster,sooo good! My husband had the seafood sampler,his fav...our waitress Tabitha was so very sweet. At the end of our dinner Tabitha brought us a free ice cream with chocolate fudge brownie to share and a happy anniversary card signed by all the staff!! I would highly recommend this place to everyone and a big shout out to tabitha!!! THANK YOU!!

Our waitress was very nice, but for some weird reason my debit card would not go through. Therefore the manager had to be brought to our table to see how else we were going to pay, and she was very rude by making assumptions that were not true. Luckily my wife had some cash in her wallet in the car for the bill. Both of us are highly offended by how we were treated and we will not be returning to this location.

Actual dinners were good. Waitress was very sweet. BUT, Mothers Day was not the day to come. Out of many items- Lobster dip, lobster tacos, all crab legs, salad toppings, thousand island dressing, no fixings so no shrimp wraps, ran out of swordfish and asparagus. Luckily, I am a shrimp girl! Poor waitress was quite embarrassed to read the 86 list.

It smelled horrible! We could only stand to stomach the place for one drink. The drinks were awful and overpriced. We asked for the check halfway through our drinks. The bartender walked past our credit card 12 times (literally, I counted out loud to my husband because he was losing his patients) after we finished. Worst Red Lobster in 5 states.

I have only been here once. My wife and I went here for a special occasion and both ended up with food poisoning. Also our waitress was absent for most of the time, and when she did show up she was rude. They might be good to other people at times, but they have lost my business forever. I wish I could give negative stars.

Wonderful, we both were hungry and thirsty and got seated right away. The only disappointment was, I ordered what should have been WAY TOO MUCH for me, but when it arrived and my husband cracked all the crab legs for me and I ate every bit! Somebody Tell me when they got so stingy with the bisquits?!

Great atmosphere. Has a bar that serves all kinds of drinks separate from restaurant. However, it doesnt interfere with the quiet and comfortable atmosphere of the place. Dim lighting if you are looking for something romantic. Great selection and good sized portions. Gets full quickly.

Second time to visit in the last few months ...server was amazing ( James w )....the food quality has gone down hill shrimp is good ..but the pasta is painfully dry very gummy...clams were very rubbery..just not impressed overall disappointed with the food .

The reason I would give this place 3 stars is because they tried to make me happy. They do not add any seasoning to their food thats what would give them a 1 star. The food suck. The drinks are great. The manager and wait staff are awesome.

Good service, its a bit redundant to order any specials they have as were a landlocked state. So when it comes to fresh fish, I wouldnt kid yourself. Its overpriced as its always been but those cheddar biscuits keep me coming back.

Me and my wife went for our anniversary yesterday. We was so surprised that the manager Jo Brashears was checking each table to make sure that the food was as we expected. She is the best manager I have seen at a restaurant.

Typical red lobster on food side. Good taste, good quality, ok price for what you get. However, that night the service wasnt very pleasant and slower than you would want or expect on a night that seem a normal busy pace.

Well, we were told this place had gone down and they were not kidding! The service was terrible, food portions were very skimpy, food quality was below what we are used to having at Red Lobster. So disappointed and sad!

We had the pasta sampler and didnt like the pasta and we mentioned it and they were kind and took it off. The waiter we had was amazing. Very attentive. Even brought me a new cup of water cause it would taste better.

I thought mostof the wait staff was very shallow people. I rarely go there and didnt know much about what to order. I thought it was kind of expensive. Will not be going back
