If I could give this poor excuse if a restaurant a zero I would. Driving through my girlfriend and I decided to stop in. I ordered the steak and shrimp she ordered the catfish dinner. My steak was well done and cold, I ordered it med rare. The cheese on my baked potatoe looked like It was under a hot lamp for a while so I sent it back and didnt get anything else. While my girlfriend was eating her fish she noticed it was mushy in the middle and undercooked. When I got to the cashier I addressed the situation. The manager refused to take the food off the ticket and was extremely rude and loud. I have never in my LIFE been treated so harsh at an establishment. I will NEVER go to that establishment again. They do not like outsiders in their place and they make it o obvious.

PROS: The location was nice, right beside the interstate. We saw the sign,beside the interstate today (6-1-15) and stopped because we both love seafood. CONS: The service was extremely slow, waitress was friendly, so it was probably the kitchen staff. 25-30 min after ordering we were presented with flavorless fried fish,and shrimp and nothing else was seasoned. The restaurant is very dated. It could be a beautiful restaurant, but it would take alot. The biggest con was that we were,charged 12.3% tax rate on our meal. The majority of our food looked like it came from a box and was definitely not good enough for $37.99 for two people to eat. I would highly suggest going elsewhere.

Veey open atmosphere ad far as seating, which is nice. Was just two of us, but there were family groups of all ages and sizes and everyone had ample room to get in and out. The food was DELICIOUS and large portions made for leftovers foe lunch for me but husband finish his. The menu offers quite a variety of seafood. Great place and convenient just to the right across from Cracker Barrel before you get to Lowes. Also close to hotels and was half the Price of Red Lobster!

Most of the food here is fried and the flavor reflects that. There are some broiled options that looked decent. I would expect a lot more fresh seafood entrees for a restaurant that claims to be a seafood restaurant. The portions are huge. Everyone at our table left with to go boxes. The sweet tea was really good and the service was excellent.

We are from the east coast, we now live in Gatlinburg Tn.Weve tried many seafood restaurants but must say this is the very best of them all in Tn. The people were so friendly and the food came out fast and hot.We will gladly drive 2 hours to enjoy some good seafood.Made us feel like we were back home by the beach.

Very disappointing. Traveled 4 hrs here to stay in Abingdon and thought this would be a good seafood place. Horrible food.. No taste at all. Deviled crab was the worse. So bland! Even talked to manager and nothing. Worst $ spent in a long time. What a waste of my paycheck.

They serve you tons of food per plate. Had a bad experience with roaches in this place about 8 years ago. They were literally crawling on our plates and drinking glasses, but its been great since then. Weve been back several times.

Sunday special for 11.25 gets you a mountain of popcorn shrimp and fries with one tiny piece of fish. Dont order broiled as it will be an even smaller sliver of fish, completely unseasoned and tasteless. Disappointing. :-/

Excellent, prompt, attentive service. Tons of food. Best clam strips and fried oysters weve had since leaving Seattle many years ago. So sorry they are not in Kentucky. We will make a point of returning.
