We went to this location a few days ago, about 7pm for dinner. They were out of Chicken. Not kidding. KFC was out of chicken. When I asked what happened, the teen behind the counter said "whats the big deal? were closing soon anyway? " I noticed all the tables were dirty anyway, so there wouldnt have been a clean place to sit anyway. The other customers were acting like they were going to riot, so we just left. When I got back home, I noticed my neighbor out, so I told him about my experience, and he said that he has gotten food poisoning from that exact location, and doesnt go there anymore. Id say, its time for new management! I love KFC, and even worked at one about 20 years ago. They are not all like this one, but this one is BAD.

This place was jammed with people and severely understaffed but one person made it all worthwhile. Shift Supervisor Sherry S.went above and beyond the call of duty, when she was clearly being run ragged, to ensure my familys meal was perfect. Kudos to Sherry for keeping it together when even the store manager buckled under the pressure and was cussing and acting like a complete idiot.

So its happened once to me. I order the $5 fill up with popcorn chicken. And well I get the chicken and my potato wedges. But no drink or anything else. Assume I read the deal wrong and left. Go back another day and get everything chicken, biscuit, cookie, potatoes, and drink. They need to train their employees better to serve the right meals

This will be my last visit to this kfc. Of 2 prior visits and this one I have; left frustrated at incredible wait time, gotten incorrect order and that food was atrocious, and finally this time asked for x crispy and got original and was old and cold. The teenagers really dont care and all they want to do is go party.

When I walk in they have such a beautiful place! I just love their applesauce. They have the best sauce! KFC is awesome!

No napkins, no cup lids, music so loud you couldnt converse easily, dirty tables, dirty floor, dirty restrooms. Id find a manager who needs the job and has a commitment to excellence, something clearly missing at this KFC. Waited at the counter nearly five minutes to be noticed.

Food was good but service really bad. I counted eight cars getting out of line and leaving while I waited for my order. This is the first of the last four orders that was right. I have either been shorted food or it has been wrong on the visits. Looks like I need to change.

Food is good everyone seems friendly, but the last 4 times I have gone to get something through the drive through I would place a order and noone would respond for at least 10 minutes. The last two times I have drive off! Please fix this issue.

Went in to order at counter, was first in line and it took over 20 minutes before anybody bothered to come take our order because they were more concerned about doing the drive-thru over the customers waiting at the counter.

They were closed. Front door was locked, went to drive thru window, there was a guy walking around inside and saw chicken on the shelves, but no cars or people and front lights were off. Was after 11am!

This is the worst KFC I have ever been to. I have been the only one in line and spent 20 minutes waiting for my food. They are always out of something that I want, always!
