Worst exsperience every time i go there. Blonde headed manager curses at customers and employees infront of customers. Threw a metal utensil and yelled the f word because one of the employees was not going fast enough . A young lady Named karla has a very bad attitude everytime i go to drive she always rolls her eyes and sighs. At every customer not just a few i guess this young lady clearly hates her job, Also constantly on her phone. Never met manager but he clearly does not care about cleanliness of the store or how his managers treat their employees, or customers. But from what i have heard he treats employees the same way so you cant exspect them to be professional. If their example of a leader isnt. I now go to the one on rogers. Their customer service is amazing and i always leave with a smile on my face. Ive never been inside it yet but from the outside its clean and well put together. As an older person i really believe something should be done. In all my years i have never seen something like at that store. The food has always been wonderful at both locations but the over all customer service of zero is terrible they really need new Night staff.

Over the last few weeks, Ive driven up to the speaker, nothing. So, i drive off. Went there again to give them a chance. What do i get? I sit at the speaker for 5 minutes, and then i say, Hello? Whats your order? is what I get. I give my order, and i have to park because it will be 5 minutes. Okay? Wait 10 minutes. Get out of my car. Walk in to find out, the cook didnt get the ticket. Okay, i want my money back. So called manager walks up and has to get the cashier to help her, because she hasnt done this before. Also, nothing from the manager, not sorry, kiss my ass, nothing. Hands me my money and that was it. So, not only will i never eat at this location, but i will be telling every one i know, to bot eat here, or any other Popeyes locations. If this is how they treat their customers, screw that!

Awful, went there Sunday evening at 7pm. Chicken strips were dry, wafer thin. Mild was like eating plain chicken and the spicy was kind of close to mild. French fries while pretty good, it was the amount. For $7.00(before tax) each combo I would like more than a kids sized hand full of fries. Bad food, bad service and walmart deli packaged sauces. Best part of Popeyes chicken restaurant was the napkins and leaving. No wonder it took me 10 years to try it a second time. There will not be a third.

The zero street location is awful service. They take FOREVER to acknowledge you at the drive thru. Their chicken is always dry and barely warm. Multitasking clearly isnt part of their work ethics!!! Rogers ave is WAY better and they are extremely friendlier. I live in Fianna Hills and absolutely will not ever come to this location again! 10 minutes waiting when it isnt busy at all is B.S.!!!
