I went into this location to try the new KFC chicken sandwich. I made my order but then was informed it would be 7 minutes. It seemed they had a sale through on the sandwich. I was not happy about having to wait so long. I assume he was the manager on duty. Came out to apologize for the wait and offered me a refund and a meal for me and my wife. He did not have to do that, but he maintained a customer through empathy by insuring the customer was happy with there experience. I will return , the food was standard KFC fair, but the service is why I will return.

My experience was terrible if I could give zero stars I would my Nashville chicken was pure grease it leaked the whole time Im sick to my stomach I should sue the pants off them that food nearly killed me I looked death in the eye I have a headache because of the food it was hell in a plate

Order was neat and correct. Food presentation was just as I expected. They do not wipe off the drinks when the pour them, leaving a sticky mess on the outside. End pieces of chicken quesadilla, contained no chicken.

Ordered grandson Georgia Gold basket. Got home and had Nashville hot. So hot he couldnt eat it. Disappointed they gave is the wrong order. Next time Chicken Express.
