I do enjoy KFC, but this location in Grandview Mo will not be getting my business again. This makes the third time that my food has been terrible. I ordered a 3 piece tender fill up box, the chicken looks like it was cooked last night. Its so burnt and shrunk I would swear it was leftover. I came at 1215 and assumed it would be fresh. I would be embarrassed to own such a terrible place of business. Save your money, go elsewhere.

Rude lady disrespectful over the speaker last night. Then I got a breast so dry that it had NO moisture in it at all. I was already across town before I realized it. This is the SECOND time Ive been treated rudely there. If you dont like what you do, GET A DIFFERENT JOB!! Youre in CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!! I was not rude at all to the man I was originally talking to but she certainly jumped in with her rude comment.

I called in to ask if I can let them know ahead of time what I wanted to order, Erica ( employee) shouted to another employee "do we take orders over the phone" while her mouth was yelling in the phone still! Then before I could get another word in she said no and hanged up on me. Then when I read all the other reviews about the place being nasty, Im glad I didnt get anything from this place. KFC u need some help

Idk if its just the KFC in my city, Grandview MO, but its so sad those pieces of chicken. The size is miserable, a chicken wing is just as big, for what Im paying thats pathetic. I used to love KFC, but at this rate theyre losing my business. I hate that feeling of just getting jipped , ripped off, I cant even enjoy the food!

There seems to be longer wait times on food between 7pm-10pm, went there on my work break, and was so disappointed on the wait. On two occasions going there, I was told there would be a 5-10 minute wait on chicken? I will avoid this place from now on if Im looking for something quick on my 30 minute lunch break.

This place is sad.... Food was over cooked . the mashed potatoes was so hot from sitting most of the day that the gravy hard on top.. Wont be back to this place. Poor poor .... Bathrooms was nasty ... Employee was eating out front while customers were waiting for a long time to get there food.

This place is dirty and needs to be shut down or have new management. The employees are rude and needs to be fired. She was working in the drive thru and was throwing the customer food on the counter and was using profanity. I will never return to this plane.

Rude lady at drive through. Speaker breaks up and its an absolute mess. They cant make the order quick enough so they make everyone pull up. No silverware or napkins with our food. Went back in and they snapped at me for asking. Worst kfc in the US.

Absolutely disgusting. When we got our chicken home, and my family began to eat it, there was so much hair in our meal, I cannot help but presume the kitchen must serve double duty as a barber shop. We will avoid eating there in the future. Nasty.

Sat in line for 7min at drive thru before they acknowledged the car infornt of me. I drove away. Everytime I go here (which is almost NEVER) its a slow moving, over charging problem. Most everyone who works this location has an attitude problem

The floors were so greasy I had to hold on to the wall to avoid slipping. The manager was decent to customers but very rude to the employees. I ordered something small and didnt even wait for my food because the place was too dirty.

This place is in DESPERATE NEED of an upgrade top to bottom. Dunno who the franchisee is, but PLEASE invest a few dollars in it. Service is subpar most of the time. Food is typically fresh, so thats a positive.
