Pepe. That was the name of the employee who made me write my first ever fast food review. Fast food service sadly lacks customer service like Pepe provided. He was so kind when I came in with my 2 unruly boys. I ordered a kids meal for one and in my attempt to be thrifty I ordered a go cup for the other one(hes 2). Pepe gave me 2 kids plates exactly the same. When he brought our food to us he brought me another cup and said not to worry...it was on him. I thanked him and began to watch him. He went to every table and asked how everyones food was and if he could get anyone anything. Then 2 little girls arrived (obviously his daughters), his shift was over. But before he left he went to each table again and told everyone to have a good night. Seriously the nicest fast food employee I have EVER met. Most are rude and impatient but Pepe went above and beyond. That man...who obviously takes pride in his job... deserves recognition...he deserves a raise! And those little girls...theyre in good hands. Thank you Pepe for recognising a mother who doesnt have a lot of money or patience for her miniature heathens after a long day at work. Your kindness...is a rare thing these days, dont ever let the world ruin it. :)

Urine in Chicken! Please do not go here. My chicken smelled so strong of urine and the assistant manager KC did nothing about it. Instead he said he will have to have the chicken tested and filling charges on us! What is wrong with this picture - I wasnt even looking for a refund but after this type of customer service I definitely want my money back! DONT GO PLEASE! Go to Popeyes instead they great!

So many sharp, chopped up bones it could have been fish. Not sure if what I got was a small square thigh (definitely was NOT a wing) or something else. Last few visits have been like this so probably wont go there again. Too risky to ones gastrointestinal health. The employees were great. They just have to make do with what corporate sends them. Too bad, the food used to be really good.

This KFC is the worst they never have any food especially Chicken. I mean really chicken. The one thing they are suppose to have they never have. They always run out and never stock the store properly. The staff is rude and just states uggghhh we just ran out of chicken what do you expect us to do about it. I would not recommend this KFC to anyone who lives in the Humble area at all.

The worst experience ever! The manager was talking rudely to the her employees, she was walking around on her cell phone ignoring customers, instead of helping she walks outside and smokes. The young woman that took my order tried everything to please me after telling me they had no original chicken! Worst management ever! Never will return to this location!!!

Me and my family went through the drive thru and were told to pull around and park. We sat there and waited 30 min and I finally just went in and told them. After finally getting our food, the chicken in my famous bowl was horrible. It had a funky taste to it and I ended up not finishing it and throwing it away. Would not recommend this kfc to anyone.

Rude staff. All ghetto with attitudes, great place to eat though if you dont mind waiting 30 minutes in the front then just going in to get your food because they forgot to bring it out. KFC is delicious but the staff really does suck as of 4/28/16 the past few months Ive had issues with how snappy and rude they are. Must be baby daddy issues

After driving all the way there from Aldine-Westfield, Fabian, my server, totally ruined my order. He didnt know what items went in an 8pc family meal, even after I told him (its also pretty clear on their signs) so we ended up with all thighs and legs - no breasts or wings, even though thats what I paid for. Will NEVER come back there!

We ordered the $20 fill up. The people working couldnt even get the order proper. Had to go back to pick up my potatoes and gravy. They didnt even offer anything to compensate my time for coming all the way back there from home. This was our 1st time into this new place and it will definitely be the last!!

This KFC on 1960 in Humble 77346 literally cuts the menu light off at 9pm when they close at 10pm. I love KFC but the management here is snarky. Laughing through an intercom at a customer trying to read your menu is not good business. To top it off, they do this regularly.

Completely rude staff. I had a hard time understanding her through the drive through speaker and she quickly got upset and frustrated with me and gave me such a sour attitude when I got to the window to pay and get my food. Its called customer service for a reason.

I dont understand why people are giving KFC such bad reviews Ive been there twice and both times my chicken has been great. Gone through the drive through twice both times they gave me my chicken pretty quick.

This is the worst KFC. long waits and always running out of this or that. I keep going back because I like KFC, hoping it has changed. Every time its the same. Ill not be back
