On August 31st I went through the drivethru of Popeyes store #2721 at 7:34PM ordering a 12 Pc spicy tender family meal. After placing my order I pulled forward to the window to pay for my food. After which I recalled that my pregnant wife enjoys the cherry pies and asked to order one there at the window, even offering to come inside for it if need be. The woman at the window was pleasant, polite and courteous. Gavin, however came over, aggressively overpowering this womans role (hate to see what he is like at home...angry tubby little fellow that he is) and seemed unsettled that I had added a pie. They ran my card and charged me for the pie, then grabbed a pie and proceeded to act as though he placed it in the bag of my order. It was not until I had gotten home that I realized he never placed it in the bag and that he had kept it instead. At this point I called the store and spoke with a different employee. I asked to speak to the manager who refused to take my call. I was incessant about needing to speak with her as I was upset that not only was I treated so POORLY but also that Gavin went out of his way to pretend to place the pie that I had paid for into the bag only to intentionally keep it out of hate or spite or what it may be. After not getting the manager on the phone I was placed on hold for over 30 minutes. After hanging up, I tried repeatedly throughout the night to call back and the phone was intentionally left off of the hook. (I heard the manager instruct her employee to just leave it and she did not want to deal with it.) Eventually I called the corporate line and spoke with a lovely woman who seemed sincerely vested in my situation. She had told me she filed the complaint and I would be hearing something soon. I was very patient due to the kindness of the corporate woman and eventually after hearing nothing decided to go into the store again. At this point I asked for a manager and the employee who originally answered the phone and attempted to get his manager asked if I was the pie guy. The manager came over and this employee told the manager in front of me that he saw Gavin intentionally steal the pie. I was very surprised to discover this. She scurried him away and then refused to refund the $1.41 pie. This is only $1.41 but the fact that I have been treated so poorly and they refuse to be willing to resolve the issue created by their employee Gavin upsets me on a very deep level. I have been VERY patient in this matter and enough is enough. The manager at one point even began defending Gavin and redistributing the blame onto me. This is UNACCEPTABLE. Gavin and Popeyes stole my money and when speaking with the manager to find a resolve I gained permission and filmed as she told me she acknowledged her employee saw Gavin steal my pie, intentionally charge me for it and act to give it to me to only keep it, and that she was not going to do anything to remedy the situation. At this point I called corporate AGAIN and requested management. EVEN THE MANAGEMENT OF CORPORATE refused to attempt to resolve the issue, only furthering my frustration and wasting more of my time. I have been promised calls from the GM and STILL absolutely nothing. This is sickening to me that not one person cares about employee theft and a $60 per month customer. I am furious and I want Gavin reprimanded. I am not above filing a $1.41 police report. I DESERVE my full order refunded - $28.42 + $1.41 Totaling = $29.83.#boycottaggressivetubbygavin

I will put Cajun seasoning on my shoes, fry and eat those before I return to this restaurant. Waited in line at the drive thru for over 15 minutes before finally being able to order. I repeated my order three times and was interrupted each time. On the fourth attempt the girl taking the order tells me they dont have breasts, wings or french fries and Ill have to wait. I got fed up and pulled up to the window to write down the number so I could call and lodge a complaint. I was met by the most inept manager - she claims her name is Jeanette - who asked if I was going to order or not. I told her absolutely not and just wanted the number. She proceeded to slam the drive thru window in my face. Save yourself the trouble and give your money to one of the other many places surrounding this dump.

Every time we visit there is a rude lady by the name Azure S. She normally works the drive thru, she constantly messes up orders then argues and swears when all your trying to do is fix what she messed up. I have a video, and will be adding it to a Facebook page that exposes unprofessional people in a professional work environment, in honor of Azure S. To show the world how unprofessional She is. Steer clear from the drive thru, if possible go inside. By all means avoid ordering from Azure S.

My experience with this Popeyes was terrible. The person who took my order through the drive thru seemed unhappy and unenthused to be at work. My meal was cold and the fries were rock hard. I saw thru the window that employees were horse playing around and I will not eat at this Popeyes ever again. If you are in this area the Popeyes on 119th in Olathe is much better and the customer service is much appreciated.

This is the most Ghetto location I swear had been for years. Which means obviously management or the franchise name doesnt care. I have filed a complaint like 7 years ago about the service and banned Popeyes for years then returned but at other KC and our of state locations. Recently visited this lactation an was not a bit suprised with the poor service and old food they sell. GROSS!!

The easiest way to describe this Popeyes location in regards to both the food quality and more specifically the customer service in one word would be......repugnant. Just save yourself the disappointment and negative mood change for the day by heading an extra 300ft for Hyvee fried chicken. It has the same percentage of authentic Lousiana cuisine as this chain.

The service was beyond what Ive ever gotten at a Popeyes. First time being at this one and the manager was taking orders and I was planning on getting to go but the atmosphere and hospitality made me eat there. Chicken tenders werent as hot as I would like and my jambalaya seemed old. But even with that I would travel to comeback to this Popeyes!

Do not take a $100 bill and expect them to break it when you spend $40 on chicken. Service good and speedy. Manager was rude and told me "dont. Do it again" (the $100 bill) how was I suppose to know this? There was no notice on the door or anywhere else......as for the box of chicken all I got was leg quarter pieces. (Not what I paid for).

Stopped by one night and went inside. Had to ask three times for a lid for my drink. Just about every item was empty from the soda station. Employees were playing around instead of stocking. Food was cold and old, not to mention that the cashier kept saying they were out of chicken. Wont be going back.
