Horrible Experience! September 27th @ 6:45 pm at the State Line and 100 terrace Popeyes. Ordered a chicken breast mild to go and he said..."thats it?" I said, yes that is what I want. A girl with painted on eyebrows filled the order and placed the box in front of me. I checked the order and saw what I thought was a small thigh or maybe a wing ( I dont like brown meat) ...I picked it up to take a closer look and said, "this isnt a breast" -the boy ( I found out his name ) said to the girl "yah thats not a breast...no wait a minute...thats a breast". I said, "must be a baby chicken breast" . It was very small and boney. I said, "Id like a bigger piece". Then he gets scary mad. He announces, "You went and touched it! Now I gotta throw it away!" He picked up the whole box, biscuit included, and slammed it into the garbage under the front counter in front of me and all of the other customers. He then walked back to the chicken bins and redid the order pointedly using the tongs. (Sorry for touching the chicken but I dont keep a set of tongs on me) I paid him and then asked him for his name. He gave me his name and then said sarcastically, "Have a nice day". Rude....disrespectful....unprofessional...needs anger management and a customer service class. If he were my employee, I would fire him for the way he handled the situation.

STOP BY TO GET A BITE TO EAT BEFORE WORK ABOUT 9:45 ON FRIDAY NIGHT. FIRST TO MY AMAZEMENT THE STORE WAS FULL OF TEENAGERS NOT IN UNIFORM SO I AWESOME THEY WERE JUST HANGING OUT. THE SECOND THING WAS AS I GOT TO THE COUNTER TWO TEENAGE GIRLS WERE TALKING AND DIDNT EVEN ACKNOWLEDGE THE FACT THAT I WAS STANDING THERE UNTIL A COUPLE MINUTES LATER. THIRD AS I WENT TO ORDER THEY POINTED TO A TRAY CHICKEN THAT LOOK LIKE IT HAD BEEN SITTING OUT FOR DAYS AND SAID "DIS ALL WE GOT"- I JUST SAID UHH! NEVER MIND AND WALKED OUT! WHILE I UNDERSTAND THE FACT THAT TEENAGERS ARE CHEAP LABOR THIS IS NOT THE BEST FOOT FORWARD FOR THE COMPANY! I WILL NOT BE VISITING THIS LOCATION ANYMORE! FIRST TIME WAS THE LAST TIME!

This is the worst Popeyes chicken I have ever visited!!! I have gave them many chances over the years and theyre always unprofessional and rude. I usually go down the road to another Popyes to get food even though this restaurant is two minutes away!!!! Tonight, I was told that the whole restaurant had only 4 pieces of chicken ready and that I would have to wait 20 minutes for some more to be ready - this was in the DRIVE THROUGH!!!!! I declined and went to the Popeyes down the street and got my chicken in five minutes! Today, I will contact corporate with an at length letter about this unprofessional branch of their chain!!!!

Horrible. We went at 9:35. They dont close until 10pm. They wouldnt make us anything we wanted. We could only have what they had cooked which was a bunch of crap that was left over. They had the kitchen closed. Everything was shutdown. I tried to call when we got home to find out the managers name so I could complain...they were closed and it wasnt even 10pm yet. I will be finding out upper management. At his crap was ridiculous.

Trash cans overflowing, out of tea, soda machine out of carbonation. They kept selling drinks for the soda machine even though they were out. Took 20 minutes to get food even while chicken was cooked and visible in the window. Maybe next time give the guests their chicken and bring out the sides when they are done. During the hour we were there nobody emptied the trash or looked at the soda machine.

I love the food here, but they have the WORST customer service. In particular, there is one female worker who has been in there the only 2 times I have. You can tell, she hates her job. I dont know why she even works there. She is snobby, and rolls her eyes when you ask for another sauce. Ridiculous. I only come here for the food, but probably wont go to this location anymore. She is SO cranky!

Last time ever we will come. We were shorted 9 tenders on a $40 take out order. We came back on 4th of July when our party was already started to correct it. Asked for manager. He did not come to us correct. He was accusatory & told me to get quiet. Awful, awful, awful. Not to mention the poor roll your eyes service of the front counter. You have lost loyal customers

The food was great. My family came in town to visit. And have not have Popeyes for a while . The food was good. The service was horrible and it was dirty. It was not busy but the staff hadnt he place dirty. We asked for napkins to clean out table and they got an attitude with my wife. I have pics of tables . We will not be back. Either 7 of us.

Staff makes you feel uncomfortable when in this location. They didnt get my order right and didnt give me the sauces I asked for and acted inconvenienced when I even asked for sauce. I just paid $20 for chicken tenders the least you can do is give me ALL mild like I ordered and ranch like I asked for. I will not be back.

Despite prior problems I tried this location again. 730 on a Saturday night. No crowd, service was ok, but had to argue to get my drink with the combo. Food was lukewarm and chicken tenders were dry and not even a little spicy as ordered. Value for the money is low.

Instead of asking how can i help you. She says what do you want lol! Felt so unwelcomed me and my family couldnt even sit together because they were "cleaning" thw middle area. You need new staff they just wanted us out so they can close and you can definitely notice.

Drove out the way to get me some chicken came in at 915 asked for a 10 pcs and they just looked at me crazy. They told me it would take 20 minutes hoping I would just leave but I waited. Wont come back to this location again.

Worst Popeyes location. I love Popeyes chicken, but the meal quality here is terrible. Also, every time Ive been there they have messed up my order. The employees are not very nice and dont even try to seem happy.

Ordered the Fillet Mignon and Lobster Tail combo dinner for $5.75 with a cup of coffee for 15 cents extra. Fantastic meal and generous portions. James and his family really know how to run a "family business"
