EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE The manager Jasmine, argued with me that the buffalo wings we received were in fact tossed in buffalo. They were dry. Told me she knew for a fact that we received the correct order. And that it took an hour from when we received them until we brought them back and that is why our wings were dry. Our wings were flavorless. But she argued. She was rude with my husband as well when he arrived, as if we were I inconveniencing her. Now Im on our 3rd trip back with cold fries, no dipping sauces, and if what she says correct (which is false about the wings becoming dry so quickly) we also have cold dry wings. This is the manager,Ive never been so disappointed and appalled with someone who is leading employees. Btw 2 hours and 2.t gallons of gas now and Ive yet to have dinner because of this.

Ask for syrup on the side. I ordered the chicken and waffles. The chicken tasted great, and the waffle was good too. However, the menu says "drizzled with syrup". Swimming in syrup is what I got. Its a bit overpriced for the portion size, but that wasnt as big of a deal.

Great service by someone who acts like they want to be there makes all the difference in the world. Chicken was excellent, you can tell it was fried in fresh oil, and my party of 5 had all of our food before we even got comfortable in our seats. Very nice place to eat.

Great environment. Love this addition to the Fort Smith area. Has a unique feel to it. Very friendly staff, managed well. Delicious chicken! I arrived about 5 minutes before closing and there was no pressure or rush to hurry. Everyone smiling.

Amazing, it was the most deliosu chicken Ive ever eaten it tasted perfect, and the fries were amazing also dont even get me started on how delious the deserts are. Slim chicken is the most amazing and delious chicken place Ive been to.

Only giving one star because I HAVE TO in order to rate this place. It was 11 am so they hadnt been open long yet the chicken was overcooked/dried out,the fries were soggy and WAY OVER SALTED so bad we couldnt even eat it!

If you like chicken and you like spice with flavor the "hot" and mango habanero are best. The garlic is also delicious. Good chicken and usually a good amount of fries.
