Either everyone is lying or my taste buds are not working. The service was terrible, I had to go back to the counter twice to get ALL the food I ordered and still didnt get it all, Im pregnant so I was tired of standing in line over and over. Tasted the food and it was so bland and odd tasting, my bun for my taco burger look terrible and the cheese for my sons kids meal was heated to the point that it was too hot to even touch much less try to eat. I got extreme nausea from this food about 20 minutes after attempting to eat it. Bad experience overall not sure if it was the workers or if thats how it is in general but its a one star from me.

It was awful.. The service makes the the food even worse. First of all you dont go to a drive Thru- resturant to get insulted with your money and your time...the cashier was extremely rude at the window like as if your asking for a favor or she acts as if shes bringing it from her home. The cashier acts hostile dealing with the food that you paid for,. Um,um...The owner needs to do inventory on his employees and throw the garbage out the back door, and hire people who are pleasant, not ugly and rude.Yea, taco bell is a nice place and a good deal for your money.

The food was a little over priced for what you got. The taste was pretty good, but again, over priced. My biggest complaint is their "salsa"... its disgusting. They make it themselves (I can only assume) and its chock-full of black table pepper... who the heck puts black pepper in salsa? The food didnt make me sick or anything, but I dont eat there anymore. : /

Love this place, always eat there. I would have given a 5, but they no longer have the creamy Italian dressing (that is still on the menu). So, I can no longer get my favorite thing......the old taco salad. Now all I can order is taco burgers........they are great, but they are not as great as a taco salad with Creamy Italian dressing.

The folks working there were great and the place was VERY clean. I arrived from outta town, (actually state) made a huge order of 120 burritos to carry back to NC.. At 9:30.. They close at 10. They made my order and were very very pleasant about my late arrival.. I spent over $200, and on my next trip out, will be doing it again!

These folks talking about Taco Bell is better must be smoking. The food at taco casa is delicious. I dont care about saving two dollars at some crappy Taco Bell. The only thing bad about Taco Bell is we dont have one in Brandon

Wife lived in Vicksburg and when we go back to visit, this is a must stop. She buys take out and brings it home to Dallas. Crazy but we dropped off an order to friends in Marshall Texas also on our last trip.

Food is good. I think workers need to follow sanitation regulations better. Eg. Hair nets, gloves, handling cell phones while handling food items. Workers not very positive impressionable.

I have been eating taco casa since I was a child and it is by far way better then taco bell. It cost a little more but that is because it taste a lot better!

Ate there for the last time today. Had to go back in again to have them heat my burritos because they are always cold. never have to do that at Taco Bell
