Fresh Mexican food at a reasonable price. One of my favorite places to eat on my way home because of the location near Clayton and 141. Staff is friendly and honest. In terms of food options, its not the best place for healthy variety eating and while all their food is fresh and the seasonings are great, if youre not looking to eat a tortilla with meat and cheese involved, youre basically left with the gumbo. That said, the salsas, quesos, and guacamole are very good and the freshness of everything adds a lot. My favorite is the burrito with tequila lime chicken, Diablo queso, and habanero salsa. Prices are not cheap. Its easy to spend $12 on just an entree and soda. However, the rewards program gives you a free entree every 10 purchases, which is reasonable. Also, the volume of food is pretty high. You wont be hungry after eating Qdoba. Lunchtime wait can be 5-10 minutes in line normally and the store is a little awkward to get to from Clayton, but the outside seating is scenic with the geese and ducks on the lake.

Stopped in after work to get a CHICKEN Burrito the first words out of my mouth after they asked what I want was a CHICKEN burrito. They asked wheat or white I said wheat then CHICKEN burrito with black beans and brown rice they warmed up a wheat tortilla shell added brown rice and black beans then they stared at me. I repeated Chicken burrito they then said they were out of chicken and it would be at least 20 minutes before chicken was ready. Seriously? How can you be out of chicken at 5pm on Tuesday? The store was not crowded. There was 1 person in line in front of me and how was it I had to say CHICKEN BURRITO three times before they mentioned they did not have ant chicken? Horrible customer service. This just is one of the reasons I dont go to any Qdoba anyway near as much as I used to.

Had a bad experience today at this Qdoba. As others have stated, no one behind the counter was friendly. My real complaint was amount of rice I was given in my bowl. It was embarrassingly small. The person behind me was given a very small amount of ground beef and when he asked for more, the person behind the counter deliberately fished out only a few small pieces of meat to add to his bowl. I turned around and we both just snickered at the effort. If they have to resort to that kind of rationing, Ill go somewhere else.

Although service was fast, it was unpleasant. Each server was visibly unhappy and not helpful in my selection, waiting for me to tell them what I wanted on my burrito without explaining what was available. This was especially unsatisfying for my girlfriend who had never been to Qdoba before. The only friendly service I received was from the cashier. The burritos themselves were sloppily made and very loose. I will not be coming back to this location, and Im afraid my girlfriend is turned off from Qdoba altogether.

Just stopped by tonight on my way home after a 13 hour shift at work to pick up some dinner. Was excited to see them bring up a freshly cooked batch of chicken right before ordering my entree. Got home and took a bite and something didnt seem right. Inspected the chicken a bit more closely to discover it was under cooked. Very, very disappointed, even more so since I am too exhausted after being on my feet all day to go back up there.

This Qdoba has a larger dining area than some others in the area, which is always a good thing. We went at 11:30AM, so everything was fresh and full. No complaints other than the Coke flavor machine was out of half of the base drinks.

What a hot mess. Line person was rude and unfriendly. The cashier was flustered and getting no help from the rest of the staff. They were out of corn and large lids. Their soda machine was about to bubble over. Worst visit ever!
