This place is the best Mexican food in not just Washington but in the St. Louis area. The quality of the food is top notch. My saying has always get good product in the back door and dont screw it up in the kitchen. They have this nailed. The portions are large, every time we leave i feel like i just finished thanksgiving dinner. The only reason I don’t give this place 5 stars is because it is casual dining. But the place is clean, staff is very nice and the service is fast. Being a margarita connoisseur I have to mention that the margaritas are very good. 90% of Mexican restaurants margs taste to me like grapefruit juice, not this place... they are excellent right out of the large vat, no need to get top shelf here. They are strong like a good margarita should be too. :) Excellent Food Great Staff Great Drinks Clean Inexpensive (family of 4 with no liquor < $35)

This is a nice place to eat, the food was good. But the service sucked. We came at 4 before the supper rush and there was make 4 tables ours included. And once they brought out our food, they never came back to the table. I had to get up to find them for more soda, and get my own Togo box and then on top of it we waited 30 minutes for our check which never came. So we just stood by the front counter until someone came. Im just glad I didnt come here while it was busy.

The service was super slow. Our server seemed more interested in taking care of the larger tables. Food was not very good. Seemed like it sat to long before we got it. Then it as wrong and they never bothered to fix it. There was also a group of guys getting drunk at the bar. They were disturbing everyone around them. Management never did a thing. We will not be going back. It was one of the worst dinners weve had out.

Found a hair in my daughters food told two different people and they didnt do anything also, they dont card at all! I was not even 21 and they still served me a margarita. I hope this place gets shut down ,they shouldnt even have their liquor license! However I did not drink the margarita My of age friend did I ordered it and they did not card which is a big no no! Be smarter next time!

We went for lunch recently and the portions were quite large. We each had two more meals from our to-go boxes. My husband had the Burrito Rio Grande and l had the Enchiladas Rancheras. Both were very good. Mine came with some guacamole which always makes me happy. Best Mexican food around!

I am a frequent customer (once per week) and it is consistently the best Mexican food in the County if not the STL metro area. Saul, Arturo and the staff are top notch and the food is fresh and tasty! You wont be disappointed!

rotten tomato slice (big black spot) on side garnish.....very visible....no way the kitchen or waitress noticed. I mentioned it, she replied oh and walked away. I will never recommend nor go there, ever again

Came in late night and was promptly greeted and served quickly.. Our server was knowledgeable and had a great personality.. The food came QUICK! Huge portions and inexpensive. Bring the family.
