I asked for FRESHLY MADE onion chips. For me, this is very important. I dont think it was the person who took my order. It think it was the cook who decided that I didnt really want freshly made onion chips -- or else decided that I couldnt tell the difference. I waited for fresh ones. I got a mixture of a few fresh ones but mostly onion chips that had been sitting in the warmer. Didnt have time to return them for fresh ones. I had an appointment downtown in less than 30 minutes. I wish I would have had time. I would have taken them back to the server. This was not only disappointing, it was insulting. I am glad that, judging from the comments, others have had good experiences here. I usually eat at the White Castle on the corner of University and Lexington Avenue in St. Paul or else the one near 98th Street, just off 35W south in Bloomington. They give me fresh onion chips when I ask for them.

Instantly regretted walking into this location, stood at the counter for 3 minutes before someone asked if I had been helped yet. The food I received was not what I ordered I asked for onion rings and two chicken sandwiches. What I got was chicken rings and two cheese burgers with extra onion. Chicken rings werent fully cooked and the burgers were smashed into their holders. Worst experience ever.

I love the staff at this location. There is an awesome cashier, I believe his name is Rafat? Everytime I go there he always greets me with a huge smile and jokes around the whole time I am ordering. I have told many people about how funny he is and my mood lifts when I see he is working. The food is always hot and they are fairly prompt with the service.

This restaurant sucks! Ordered a combo which comes with 4 fries and they. Then charged me for the 4 fries again. Tried to lie and say its just the way it shows on the receipt which was a lie. I added it on my own and I was charged twice for the fries. I just requested my money back and left...check your receipts!

23 minutes so far just to order. Seems like they take one order, finish it, and only then go onto taking the next. Ive counted seven cars that have gotten in line and left since Ive been here. Very inefficient.

Very friend staff working the day I visited, the restaurant was clean and newer looking, where I live there no White Castles... my only issue is that the food has seemed to change and not so much for the good.

It wouldve been great if I didnt have to wait so long for my food, then it was cold when I did get it. The sliders were forced into the boxes and tore up the buns. Ill go to White Bear Ave. next time.

You either love White castle or you hate it. I happen to love it! This is the white castle I always stop at when Im in the area. The staff is always friendly, and my order has never been wrong.

I just had a bite to eat here after work. My breakfast sliders were so cold it would not even melt the cheese. And the hash browns were tough and hard to chew, like they were recooked.

I have always loved White Castles. But I have to stop going to the inver Grove one. Its always dirty. 14 tables. 2 are being used and the other tables are all dirty. Gross!!!

Dumb cashier couldnt get order right, I ordered off the combos! Wrong sliders, then realized after I got home that she overcharged, purchased two $6-7 combos & I paid $19?
