Went there to meet a friend to catch up and have hot tea. Hot Tea was NOT hot...just warm. Asked if they could heat it up...they said they cant. But, the worst was one of their grinding/brewing machines would start cranking about every five minutes...and you couldnt hear your friends if they screamed at you. Wont go back.

Dont come here if you are looking for a place to get some work done. Theres 19 degrees outside and they have their AC blowing cold air. I came here to study, but because it feels like 65 degrees in here, I will have to leave shortly. When I asked about it, the employees told me nothing can be done to adjust it.

Hands down the best coffee shop on Grand Ave. The staff is unbelievably kind, interesting and genuine. The consistency is excellent. Its a shop of 75% regulars, so the joking and conversation never ends. It does not have the feel of a chain. It has the feel of a quaint, little coffee shop.

They seemed very racist and rude, spoke in a demeaning tone. Charged me for the largest and most expensive drink without asking or confirming my drink size. Didnt acknowledge me as a customer after standing there for a while. Need better customer service.

The coffee was great , the food was very good, the service is excellent. This place is great anytime of day. If you need a wake up in the morning with espresso...they have that covered. Chill after work and get your drink on......
