The staff, service, and coffee at this Dunn Bros location are phenomenal. I have interacted with almost all of the employees and the manager, and they are all friendly, helpful, and skilled. They go above and beyond with regard to service. When I visit other coffee shop chains (in the rare event), I am usually a little disappointed because I am spoiled by the amazing staff and coffee at Dunn Bros in Apple Valley. After living on a street referred to as Coffee Row in Austin, TX and spending a lot of time in those wonderful establishments, I was concerned I would never find a coffee shop in MN with the same level of service and comfort, but Dunn Bros is so exceptional that I think it surpasses those coffee houses.

I had one of the best services I have ever had in a coffee shop at this Dunn brothers today! The man working was super nice and very genuine! I had my three toddlers with me and it could have been a stressful stop but was very delightful! He helped me make up my mind on what coffee to order. I usually get a vanilla iced nirvana and he told me I could put any flavoring in place for no extra cost and recommended a few different flavors. Went with salted caramel iced nirvana!!! He made my drink while I fumbled to get to my payment feature on the Dunn Bros app. I walked out a happy mama with happy kids! Thank you for your great service!!

Hello, I was here today because I needed a quiet environment to take an online class. At a shift change on 11/18 I was cut from the internet without even being spoken to.despite being polite as possible(I always do) I was bluntly laughed at when I made the Batista when I exchanged a very crispy dollar I put in their tip jar because I just wanted a the crispy one. They acted as though I was making it seem I as though I had tipped when I hadnt.

Can you really beat coffee beans roasted in house? Coffee is Fresh with a capital F. The crew is laid back but hard working, and excel in customer service. Community information board is always updated, letting you know about current events going on in the city. They have quite the selection of pastries and breakfast sandwiches but havent tried those yet , although they look amazing!

A coffeehouse chain that has a mom and pop feel, Dunn Bros specializes in coffee beans roasted fresh each day. The signature Vanilla Iced Nirvana is a perfect cool down on a hot summer day. I also really enjoy the breakfast burrito and sandwiches, though they are pricier than most coffee shops. This location offers comfortable seating as well as a small patio.

I love this place. Weve been coming here for over 5 years and it has always been our favorite spot for coffee. The coffee is by far way superior to Starbucks or Caribou, the food is delicious, and the staff is very kind. The only minor complaint would be that the lounge like area has always been a little dirty. However, the rest of it far outweighs this.

They roast coffee on site, have friendly, knowledgable staff and amazing artwork! Their beans are purchased from small, selective farms all over the world, and they use only the finest quality! I enjoyed the atmosphere and interesting books as well; I will go back every chance I get!

Dunn Bros is my favorite as its fresh roasted. My wife likes the cold-press "Infinite Black." She makes her own foo-foo in the mornings and saves time and a few bucks each day. I especially enjoy the stronger drinks as DB adds more shots of espresso than the competition!

We stop here from Kansas City every time we come to Minneapolis. Jake and the staff take such good care of us. The service is great and we always take several pounds of their delicious coffee back to Kansas City to share with her friends.
