As a long-time Starbucks patron and ex-Partner, I love the idea of having my favorite coffee right around the corner. Unfortunately, this Target Starbucks continues to disappoint. I have visited MANY stores around the country, both retail and licensed, and this location is by FAR the most inefficient and poorly run Ive ever witnessed. Every time I give them another chance, I end up regretting it. Needed my coffee fix this morning and thought this would be a quick and easy visit. Three customers back, I watched as one employee ran register AND made drinks (during peak on a Sunday), while the other slowly prepared whip canisters. I left to visit a retail store several miles away, and probably still saved time over continuing to wait in line here. Unless they dont have anyone in line, I will not give this Starbucks my business again. Edit: I stopped back later this afternoon to drop off a prescription, and it was business as usual. One barista on register/bar, working one order from start to finish before beginning another. I cant help but wonder how much business is lost every year because employees cannot multitask or exhibit any sense of urgency... The reason for 2 stars is I dont believe Ive ever had an incorrect order here. That has to count for something.
