I started coming here about four years ago and was a regular for the first two before I moved. Not once has my order been made incorrectly. They also have a fairly low rate of employee turn over and its nice to see familiar faces. However, Im pretty bummed that Caribou cut nearly all of their vegan-friendly options from their menu when they switched to "real chocolate" vs their old, delicious fake chocolate. Thats more of a complaint about the chain in general than this particular location though.

Every thing was awesome. I just wish every table had its own fireplace next to it. However this is not the case, and as such causes competition, slight irritation and possibly aggression to occur while there is a fireplace seating available. Caribou could fix this issue by providing eight, maybe nine more fireplaces to this facility.

I Zara was very friendly and helpful, vut I cant say that about the rest of the staff. Slow unprofessional, and what happen to showing a smile or that you want to be at your job. The young lady who got me my sandwich yell out the order then through the bag on the counter and walked away. Real nice customer service skills.

Like most Caribou locations, the atmosphere is awesome, the staff are friendly, and the drinks are delicious! While it is expensive, its nice for a treat every once in a while. My regular is a campfire mocha. This location is usually very busy since it is downtown Apple Valley.

Mocha awesome, but the oatmeal was aweful and I nornmally love the maple brown suger crunch but the person who made it had no clue kept asking the other person how to make it, and instead of the crunch on the top stirred it all in which lead to a total mess and nasty.

For how much foot traffic goes through this location, the staff really knows how to keep customers moving and happy! This location has the usual woodsy, fireplace burning interior, that can be enjoyed with a warm cup of joe. Stellar service given by all employees!

I had a gift card from my wife today and Caribou was my only option for lunch since I left my wallet @ home. Great atmosphere and Staff! I had an Italian Chicken Sandwhich and my Barista even threw in a shot of hazelnut for my coffee. Kudos Guys it was perfect!

Great place to meet for business! Nice fireplace; plenty of seating. Somewhat private if you need that. Avoid evening if you want a more quiet setting. This is a great meeting spot for kids in the evening and that gets to be quite a bit louder.

Really friendly service! Very upbeat baristas, and drinks are made super fast, which is great if youre in a hurry! No drive thru, but lots of convenient parking and quick drinks so you can get in and out fast if you need to.

Stopped there tonight - FREEZING inside. Barista stated the fireplace had not worked in years, I was shocked she said that.....Especially in MINNESOTA!!!!!! Did not enjoy my coffee while I was shaking!

Caribou perks are awesome. 2 large specialty coffee drinks for 5 bucks on Tuesdays! Plus they filled my crafted cold press to the top with no ice... not all Caribous do that.
