My wife Sue and I stopped in for dinner at your establishment on Saturday 11/30. We were greeted right away and the hostess asked us if we had a seating preference. We said the dining room and she sat us right in front of one of your fireplaces. What a great choice. We were very comfortable. Your wait staff could not be better. It was pretty busy that evening. We made it in time for happy hour which my wife was real excited about. You have a very good selection of house wines. The food came fast, fresh, and hot. It was very delicious. We ordered the buffalo chicken salad and a chicken wrap. The atmosphere was very comfortable and the decor is spot on. I will let be back soon.

Recently dined at Fireside Restaurant in Rosemount, MN for the first time and I am looking forward to going back. Several things stand out about my experience that made the visit enjoyable. First of all the staff was ready to seat us and no wait for the wait staff to attend to our needs. Throughout the meal we didnt feel rushed or bothered by the staff, there was a nice balance of time alone and asking how they might serve us. The food was very tasty and generous portions for the three meals that were ordered. I am looking forward to going back and trying other items on the menu.

Worst fish and chips and walleye sandwich we ever had. Fish was burnt and I believe my walleye sandwich had the same fish on it as she got with her fish and chips. Service was very slow although they were a bit busy but not super busy. Waitress ignored us for refills many times. Walleye sandwich was good before. One nice fillet like it should be. This time two tail pieces of whatever it was and both meals very over cooked and burnt. Dirty grease taste from fryers also.

I have been here before and was very pleased. Today I ordered the lunch special, a burger. I asked for the burger to be medium, it was well done. OK, some places wont serve ground beef medium. I asked for some mayo for my burger (it was bare) and I was charged an extra $0.50. When I questioned it, I was told that the kitchen wont give it out unless they charge the customer for it. I guess Im lucky that my fries came with ketchup! Lost my business!

Visited Fireside last night for the 5th time. For the 3rd time - I left after 30 mins without service. Thought at the beginning that they were "working out the kinks" but it appears to me, they are hiring in experienced servers who could use some real training. Food coming out of the kitche was JUST as slow too. I suspect if they dont pull it together soon - they might not survive. Fireside is the best thing that happened to Applebees in Rosemount I bet.

As a former costumer and and new employee I have to say (besides my home) this is my favorite place to be! The staff is great to work with and we all love it when people leave happy! I cannot imagine better people to work with in a better environment. If you have any problems we will work our hardest to make sure you are are able to come again and enjoy your service, and your meal! We love to new faces, as well as the faces we see often.

I enjoyed the atmosphere and the food. The decor of the restaurant is tasteful. It is a pleasant mix of sports memorabilia with an upscale north woods feel. We sat next to the fireplace, which was just what I needed on a blustery day. The fireplace also provides a nice buffer between the bar and dining area. The food was served in an appropriate time and came to us nice and hot. The french fries were the star of the show.

I am a hockey fan, and this place is great for that. Great drink specials and plenty of tvs in the bar to watch any sporting event. Food is ok. I have had a couple pizzas and they were, in my opinion, not worth recommending. Sandwiches and burgers are good though. They have switched the menu many times and the selection goes down and price goes up. Bar usually full of parents of kids hockey teams so not for the younger crowd.

I cant comment on the food because we never got any, I also cant comment on the service because we never got any of that either. We were seated, plenty of open tables at 6pm on a Friday. We were given menus and told that our server would be with us in a minute or two. We waited 5 minutes, 10 minutes, 15 minutes...still no service so we got up and left.

I thought the restaurant itself had a very nice inviting atmosphere in there...the lighting and ambience with fireplace was very good. And it had a nice separation with the bar area and the actual restaurant. It was much bigger on the inside than you would expect from the location it is in. A decent amount of TVs without being overbearing.

My husband and I went there for lunch today, We have always been impressed with the food. This time he got fish and chips and loved it! I got the warming house sandwich and it was amazing! I would definitely recommend either of these dishes. Plus getting to watch people skating in the hokey rink right next to you is great entertainment.

Its getting 2 stars only because of the happy hour drink special and service. We ordered a beef sandwich and buffalo chicken pizza. No way the beef sandwich is made with prime rib and the server recommended it. The pizza was mostly cheese, with little meat or sauce and wasnt cheap. Very dissappointed with the food, will not return.

My husband and I brought our young child there on a weeknight. It was a little busy but not too bad. We sat there for 15 minutes without getting even a glass of water. As we were walking out the hostess asked us if we needed crayons for our kid. Um no ...we needed a server. Left without ever even being able to order.

Went there once to eat, food was okay for the price. Ive been there a few times to drink. One experience left me disgusted. Bar tender seemed annoyed that I asked for the sticky bar to be wiped down. She then proceeded to wipe my spot down with the rail rag... good place for a beer or two, I dont recommend the food.

We had a cousins get together at Fireside today. There were 16 of us so we had a room to ourselves. The food was great and we were all served within a few minutes of each other. We will definitely hold next years get together here again. Thanks to the cooks & wait staff for their exemplary customer service.

Had the 1/2 Rosemount sandwich and tortilla soup for lunch. The soup was homemade and tasty; the sandwich was full of deli meat and quite flavorful. The decaf coffee was freshly brewed and nice and hot. The atmosphere was good and the décor interesting and well done. I recommend this restaurant!

This place is one of a kind. Im always greeted with warm smiles and a cold beer before I make it to my favorite seat at the bar. The food is affordable and tastes fresh. I recommend this place to men in their 20s, like myself as their are always so many fine bitches on staff.
