In all honesty, If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I was not impressed by their service or food. With many small restaurants I can expect subpar customer service but complimented with great food. However, this place did not provide great service or food. The first dish I received was the egg roll salad. I had high hopes for this dish because its one of my favorite dishes and Ive plenty in my life time. However, this salad tasted like DISH SOAP. My first reaction was to let it go, and give them the benefit of the doubt. After taking two more bites, the taste was just too unbearable. I also had my friend try it out and he agreed that it tasted like dish soap, and even encouraged that I say something. To compensate, they allowed me to order a second dish which was the chicken pad thai. That dish was good to start, however, I found HAIR in my dish. My appetite was gone at that point. What was more upsetting was that one of the waitress had the audacity to accuse me of placing my own hair in the dish! Like seriously!? The hair itself was a thin, short strand of hair. My hair is thick and long. Clearly, I didnt deliberately grab my strand of hair and mixed it into my dish of noodles. Adding insult to injury, this same waiter, tried to charge me half off on both dishes that I barely ate (not enough to fill me and Im a small 411 110 lbs woman) and accused me (again) that I had ate half of their soap flavored egg salad! I mean can deal with the lack of customer service provided by their workers, but for them to mistreat a customer by accusing and charging me on something that may have violated food and safety regulations is absurd! I normally do not complain, but this restaurant needs to improve on their customer service skills, as well as, dishes. I will not come here ever and would not recommend this place to anyone. Lastly for you readers, this review was a nice version of how I really felt and what my experience was like.

Were a local construction company and we eat here regularly.. never again. Heres why: Food- The only reason we eat here is because the buffet is cheap but the food is dry and the selection is bad. There is never a full pan of food and theres never anybody there so Im guessing the food sits there for quite a while. I ordered Pad Thai and what they gave me looked like a lot of different types of noodles thrown together with Lo Mein on top and bathed in oil. I ate about two bites of it and decided I wasnt that desperate for food so I left it aside. Also, given the name youd expect theyd have a decent bowl of Pho, but even that tastes bad. Service- The employees never ask how the food is or if you need a refill. We come here often and that doesnt even motivate them to treat us well. The only service we get is one soda and the guy bringing us the check. Also, he didnt even offer to correct my terrible Pad Thai or give it to me free or discounted. Building- The bathroom is really nasty and the rest of the building is run down. Bottom line: Its cheap but that doesnt make up for the rest of its faults. Take the extra trip and go to Quangs in Minneapolis or even the Great Moon Buffet down the street.

The food was ice cold, so the meat wasnt cooked. Somebody should tell them that although yes, raw meat is used in Pho, the broth needs to be hot enough to cook the meat once its placed in. Otherwise you just have ice cold soup with raw meat that will probably make you sick. Fingers crossed hoping I myself dont end up with food poisoning from this later today. Also, I was excited to get bubble tea when I saw they had boba on the menu, but there was no boba in it. Somebody should also tell them that the boba pearls are kinda what makes the drink, not the beverage itself.

Ive been here two or three times and its been alright. Food is alright depending on what is ordered. One time my fiancé wanted beef pho but they didnt have any more broth for the day so it was a little disappointing. It was around dinner/supper time too. But its okay.. its a quiet little restaurant that gives you a choice of having their buffet too. Depends on when you go and what you order on if they good is pretty good or just alright. (In my opinion). But it is a good place to eat at once in awhile! (:

I ordered 2 extra large pho for pickup and it was ready within 10-15 minutes which was great. However, the broth is sweet and not as good as other places. I dont think that I paid for an extra large because it was more like a large. There was not enough broth so I had to add more water and use some home spices to try and make it work. It was my first and last time ordering from there. I would recommend Destiny Cafe in Stp if you want good pho.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. The service was terrible, the food was mushy and tasted like it was scraped off the grill at the end of the night. The server was confused about what I ordered and tried over charging me on the bill. When I disputed the amount, she became angry and raised her voice at me, shouting that she was right and didnt care if I came back ,because she had other customers. Horrible customer service.

If anyone is saying that the buffet is even acceptable to eat, it is an employee/owner. This place has the hands down worst buffet is the world. It is dry and very bland. They cut the egg rolls on half, half of the buffet is salad/ with 1/4 of it just salad, the 3-4 meat options have mostly vegetables and the meat is very dry. The service is decent, but doesnt make up for the terrible buffet.

Worst food ever! Maybe if they would have added a cat or dog it would have given it more flavor. The service was just as bad. Never eating there again obviously. Does not deserve a star but it wont post unless I give it one. After I complained to the waitress who gave us bad service she said everyone likes there food and that Im the only person to complain! First of all the building is old and not kept up. I got the buffet and the food was all old and cold they didnt put out fresh food the whole time we were here. They were only a few other people in the restaurant and the service was still so slow. They also charge a 1.50 per soda can you drink which is ridiculous. I would never come here again it was HORRIBLE!

I always get the buffet. The sesame chicken here is my favorite of all the Chinese places that Ive been to. Each dish is full of spice and flavor, unlike bland dishes that Ive had at buffets elsewhere on Robert Street. Sometimes, you have to ask them to refill something on the buffet, but they are always happy to do so. Their buffet prices are reasonable.

This place was horrible. The bowl that i got with my pho was dirty, on the inside and outside. The service was bad. The had almost no food, and the in the buffet was stale and dry. The floor was also dirty, there was meat on the floor. Not only did I complain to the waitress, but so did other customers did. I do NOT recommend going here.
