Por los ultimos meses yo e tenido problemas con la comida ase unmes medieron el pan o telera Bien duro le trate de ablar con los dueños y nunca que me debolbieron la llamada oy. 1/30/16 regreso conpre una torta y meladan con la carne cruda le digo a la muchashs que esta linpiando las mesas y medise les boy a desir a los de la cosina regresa y medise para la otra pide la carne bien cosinada le digo esto no es de yo tener que pedir la carne bien cosinada la carne esta cruda i no me contestas nada ni sedisculpa ni nada solo seba

La verdad no me gusta el servicio de este restaurante.....se tardan anos en servir y si es togo tienes que esperar en la linia para que te den tu orden x algo es togo osea xk es de rapido y no estar esperando y en especial lo que hoy me molesto mass k nunca fue que estaba pidiendo mi orden para llevar y la senora me colgo y no me dejo terminar de pedir mi orden de verdad estoy muy adisgusto con el servio de este restaurante la verdad no creo volver a ordenar o vitarlo.

La comida está buena pero el servicio al cliente es horrible y no se diga los empleados dan un mal trato, ordenó por teléfono y me dejan esperando hasta que ellos quieren y cuando voy a recoger mi comida a su localidad tengo que formarme y esperar en la línea para poder recoger mi comida y llego a mi casa y ya me faltó alguna cosa sin embargo en ocampos white bear un servicio genial tanto en persona y por teléfono y se aseguran que la comida esté completa y no falte nada.

Hace unos minutos acabo de estar en esa disque taqueria,y en realidad no fue lo que yo esperaba,,,, para empezar tienen un super servicio lento, los tacos que pedi no tienen sazon y para acabarla de amolar pedi una gordita de chicharron prenzado y por mas que le busque El chicharron no le encontre nada puro chile,,,,aclaro yo fui por que en El radio escuche Al Mandril y El LA recomienda mucho,,,,pero en realidad YO NO!!!!!!!!!!

I work right down the street and have gone here for years. Over the last month or so this place has gone down hill quick. They have screwed up my order 3-4 times recently. I finally called back this last time and explained that they messed up again. No one could help with the situation and they said I could bring it back. After driving and waiting for food I couldnt just leave work again. I was told I could come back on Monday but I needed to bring back the Burrito. So they wanted me to keep the Burrito over the weekend!!!!!! I decided I would call the corporate number and maybe someone could help me there. I did not receive a call back and will not return until they fix the situation. After spending Im sure over a thousand dollars over the last 6 years you would think they would want to keep a customer.

Tengo años de ir a este lugar y el servicio nunca a mejorado...puedo decir que el 99.9% de las veces que he llamado para ordenar siempre me mantienen en linea y me hacen esperar mucho tiempo para comenzar tomar mi orden o nunca me contestan , asi que ya no ordeno mas por tel. ...el sazon estaba bueno en tiempos pasados pero ultimamente a cambiado mucho y ya no es lo mismo...

Yo siempre hago mi pedido por cel y cuando boy a recogerlo siempre me falta algo una vez me tuve q esperar casi una hora ya se les Avia olvidado mi pedido y en otra ocasión pedí dos quesadillas combo y me dieron solo una y una caga con desperdicio de otra eso no es gustó por lo regular eso pasa en el turno de la noche y les deceso y se molestan

Started going here when they opened and had very good experiences but now things have changed for the worse over the last few visits (the meat has gone down in quality - the steak and chicken were both dry and they had run out of several other choices), portion sizes have shrunk and service was slow (unless ordering liquor) and we were told we couldnt even get a container to bring home what we didnt eat (had to wrap up in napkins). We will not be going back again (sadly). Only hope is for them to make it on high volume low price specials and drinks; might as well go to a chain Mexican Restaurant...

La comida es muy rica pero el customer service its sucks Te ponen en espera 30 minutos y luego no mas t cuelgan y ni t toman la orden y cuando al fin te toman tu orden y vas a recojer tu comida tienes q esperar xq no la tienen lista todavía Wow es increíble su mal customer service

I usually like this place , but recently my order was messed up .when I called I was already home and didnt want to make a 30min drive back so I called and I was told that next time I came in I could just get the order that was missing and they took down my name & number. Well a couple days later I went & the mangment and crew didnt believe me nor did they give me my complete order. Made it really difficult to get my order and they wanted to charge me for the sides that already come with it. I just wanted to get what I paid for in the first place nothing more or less

Was excited to try...but dissapointed. Food not very good..I asked for no lettuce ..it came with lettuce. When I asked them to fix it they took my meal into the back.. Came out with the same exact dortita ( I know BC I cut into the break at try it), but with the lettuce scraped off....ick. Women was really unpleasant to talk to about a refund..but she did give me one. Sons order also came wrong but we ignored that..too much hastle when we already waited 20 min for food. Wont go back.

Absolutely ridiculous wait times, even when you call in an order and yet they still put you on hold forever. Its like they wait for you to get there to even get started on your food. The cashier at this location (an older, short lady) is very blunt and rude. Like shes ready to hit you upside the head if you dont tell her your order fast enough. maybe if the owners werent so harsh on their employees they would be a bit nicer? (not an assumption that they are harsh)

Food is pretty good but they are extremely slow at taking orders and moving a small line. Everytime I go here, there are usually 2-3 people ahead of me and it takes over 15 minutes to start my order. They are having long conversations with customers during the order process and the wait times are not worth it. I end up going to subway next door 3/5 times due to this issue. I will go back to my favorite spot in Minneapolis, Taqueria La Hacienda.
